I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money with this company. The products they display online are definitely not what you actually get. It's like expecting a cheeseburger and ending up with a salad. No matter how big your budget is, they'll somehow manage to let you down. Save yourself the hassle and find another place for your floral arrangements. It's really disappointing when you pay a high price but don't get the quality you deserve.

I had a really bad situation where money got taken out of my account without me knowing, even after I asked to cancel my account. I called customer service, they said they canceled my account, but then a month later, $12 was taken out of my account without me saying it was okay. That's so not cool and totally breaks trust. I want my money back and my account canceled right away.

The delivery guy from your company was really nice and took his time to give us the gift, my family really liked that. But when we opened up the fruit arrangement, we were kinda let down because the back part didn't have enough fruit. There was even lettuce used for decoration, which wasn't what we thought we were gonna get. I paid a good amount for the bouquet, so I thought it would be more full and nice. I just didn't feel like I got my money's worth with this one.
