Gold hoops
I recently ordered a pair of gold hoops from this site and I was actually really impressed with how everything went. The ordering part was easy, I got emails right away confirming my purchase and tracking updates so I always knew where my order was. It did take a little over a week to get to me, but when the earrings arrived, they were packaged really well and looked even better in person. They totally blew me away and went above and beyond what I had expected. Even though I had seen some bad reviews, I didn't have any problems at all.

Pomegranate Noir Cologne
I just bought the Pomegranate Noir Cologne, and man, was I let down! The scent disappeared super fast after I put it on, and for the amount of money I spent on it, that's pretty annoying. Plus, getting my order delivered was a total hassle. I had to call customer service multiple times because it was late. Overall, my whole interaction with this company was a disaster. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I just wanted to share my experience with an online purchase I made recently. Long story short, the package never showed up even though UPS kept updating me on delivery dates. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to check every UPS location in town, which just seemed impossible. And to top it off, I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but was told it wasn't an option. The lack of responsibility on their end is just not cool.
