Support kept saying it might be a software bug instead of admitting the license could be bad. I sent screenshots, device IDs, the whole shebang; still nothing for days. After I posted publicly they finally sent new license data, so yes, that worked, but it felt like pressure from my side was the only reason they acted. They never offered meaningful compensation for the time I lost or the hassle. So the software itself does what I need — once active it runs fine — but the purchase/activation experience and the support follow-up were lacking. I wouldn’t call it fraud, but it’s sloppy and their communication was pretty weak. If you rely on this daily, be ready to push them if something goes wrong, and ask for a replacement license right away. I’m relieved it’s usable now, just disappointed by how long it took and the lack of care in fixing it fast.

At first, I was a little confused, but when I called customer service, they helped me with all my questions. I definitely suggest checking out this program if you want to feel better all around.
Backer purchase
I still haven't received my things from this company even though I was supposed to get them a long time ago! They went against the rules and sold everything on their fancy website before giving it to us, the backers. Not cool. The folks in charge here need to be held accountable!
Delayed delivery, poor app functionality, misleading information
My experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. The order arrived several months late, which caused a lot of frustration for me. The app that goes with the product is poorly made, with really bad translations that make it hard to understand. Plus, the app keeps crashing, making it nearly impossible to use properly.
