Costly three-year plan
I had a lot of trouble with Atlas VPN. It kept disconnecting, had a shaky connection, and the software was pretty bad, especially on Windows. The killswitch didn't work at all, so I had connection problems every time I restarted. Lately, every time I tried to use it, my computer would crash, which hasn't happened to me in years. The customer support wasn't helpful, and the installation guides for Linux were no good. When I switched to a different provider, everything worked perfectly on all my devices.

I was really let down by this VPN service. I had the same problems connecting as a lot of other people - couldn't get on the French servers from Asia, no matter what I tried. It's obvious that this company is a total scam, taking money for something they can't deliver. And on top of that, they won't even acknowledge when you want to cancel or give your money back.
