VPN Subscription Purchase
At first, I had a little trouble getting in touch with a real person to talk to, but after some trial and error, I figured out it was my phone acting up, not the service itself. Once I switched over to my laptop, I had no problem at all using the live chat feature. The folks I chatted with, like Emily, Poppy, and Monica, were super nice, professional, and really helpful. They helped me out with a discount and even gave me a refund when I forgot to use a discount code by mistake. I was really impressed by how great their service was and how much they cared about maintaining high standards. The price for the VPN service was totally reasonable and it was definitely worth it for the quality you get. I'd totally recommend this VPN to anyone who needs it.
VPN connection issue
My experience with the VPN service was going great until I hit a snag with one of the servers. His instructions were really clear and simple, which made it easy for me to figure out and fix the problem. In the end, the service was reliable and the troubleshooting tips were straightforward to follow.

My experience with the VPN service wasn't the best, unfortunately. I tried it out on different devices in Spain and could only get BBC and Channel 4 to work, not ITVX or Channel 5 like I wanted. But the tech support team really stepped up to try and fix the problem and quickly gave me a refund without any trouble. Even though it didn't meet my needs, the low price made it worth giving it a shot.
VPN service
I gave that VPN thing a shot, but it just wouldn't work on my mom's work computer. So, I had to cancel it. But let me tell ya, this girl named Katie went above and beyond to try to help me out.
Easy-to-use app
I gave the app a shot for like a month and it was really easy to use. But honestly, I don't really need a VPN for my browsing. I mostly just watch local stuff and YouTube. And I also use Netflix, Stan, and Optus Sport for all my entertainment.
