Black Midi Dress
The customer service at this store is amazing! I had such a great experience with the team, they were super nice and helpful. I missed the deadline for returns because something unexpected came up, but they totally got it and agreed to still give me a refund. The dresses I bought were so pretty, but I had trouble finding the right size since I'm in between sizes. Even with that little hiccup, I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Exchange for faulty product
I had a problem with something I bought that wasn't working right, and I was having trouble reaching customer service. I tried emailing them a bunch of times but finally decided to give messaging them on Facebook a shot. Luckily, I got ahold of Joshua and he was super helpful in fixing the issue. He sorted out sending me a replacement for the faulty item really quickly. I was really impressed with how great the customer service was through this different way of communicating. It felt like a weight off my shoulders to get my question answered and the problem resolved in just a few hours.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Locksmith Keyless because I was seriously impressed. I bought a remote from them, and not only was the price super reasonable, but the shipping was crazy fast. The remote itself was top-notch, way better than I expected. I just got some LED headlights for my car! It took forever for them to arrive, like almost three weeks, but I had already bought them for another car and they worked great. The customer service folks helped me find my lost order and sent it again. I finally got it three days later. Gonna install them tomorrow - so excited!

'Flex Sports Long Sleeve Crop Top'
I just got the 'Flex Sports Long Sleeve Crop Top' and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. It arrived about 2.5 weeks after I ordered it, which was right on time. The top looked just like it did in the pictures online, and the material was nice and soft, not too thin or cheap-feeling. The packaging was also well done, which was a nice touch. I will say though, if you're looking for a top that's super tight and supportive like a sports bra, you might want to go a size down. I was expecting it to be tighter based on the photos, but it was still really comfy.

I just bought a pair of Converse Shearling shoes online, but man, I was so let down when I got them. They were nothing like what was shown on the website. The quality was super low, and they didn't even look like the Converse store I checked out last weekend. I'm so mad about the false advertising, and it sucks that the return policy only gives store credit, not my money back. I wish I could rate this zero stars, it was that bad.
