Dorm room essentials
I gotta tell ya, my experience with this company when buying stuff for my dorm room was absolutely terrible. They canceled my order in August and when I asked for a refund, they claimed they sent a check but I never got it. Their customer service is a joke - can't get a hold of anyone on the phone, just a voicemail telling me to email them. Well, I've sent multiple emails over the past three months and haven't heard a peep back. It's really disappointing to see a business run this poorly.

Konfidant Air Pant
The Konfidant Air Pant is seriously the bomb! I just got it and let me tell you, the material is top-notch. It fits like a dream and doesn't lose its shape, even after I've thrown it in the wash a bunch of times. And the color stays vibrant, unlike some other stuff I've tried from this brand.
The best part is how roomy they are, especially in the crotch area. No more saggy bottoms with these bad boys. They're perfect for spring, fall, and especially summer or hot weather. Bug-ridden platform, constant crashes, server connection issues, poor connection quality regardless of protocol, overly simplistic software interface.
I had a really bad time with that VPN service. It was full of bugs and kept crashing on me all the time, which made it super annoying to deal with. Connecting to servers was a big struggle, and the connection quality was always terrible, no matter what protocol I tried. On top of that, the software itself was too basic and didn't have the key features I needed. I feel like I got tricked into signing up for this service, so I'm definitely gonna switch to a different one as soon as my subscription is done.

The online buying process was fast and easy, which was super convenient because I could get what I needed without having to go out. But man, I was bummed when my order took way longer than I thought to get to me. It ended up being 10 whole days before I finally got my package in Los Angeles. And then, to make matters worse, the link they sent me in the email with setup instructions didn't even work - it just led me to an error page. So annoying! I had to look up all the info on my own. Overall, online shopping is cool and all, but slow delivery and wrong info definitely put a damper on things.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience working with the Institute for Mergers. The consultants didn't really seem all that interested in helping us out or figuring out what we needed. Instead, they just gave us some generic solutions that didn't really fit our particular situation at all. Honestly, I wasn't too happy with the service they provided.
