    I ordered flowers on Sunday morning and they were delivered Sunday afternoon. The bouquet from Beauty and the Rose was absolutely beautiful. The company even messaged me before delivery, making the whole ordering process super easy. I highly recommend them!

    Rush order delivery disappointment

    I've been a customer of this company for a while now and usually I don't have any problems placing orders. But this last time was really frustrating. I needed my order to get to me by a certain date, so I paid extra for rush delivery. But guess what? It showed up after I had already left town. When I called customer service, the person I talked to was no help at all and wouldn't give me a refund for the extra money I paid for fast shipping. So, I'm sending the stuff back because it didn't get to me in time like I needed.

    The speech therapist I worked with was really great. She knew how to set realistic goals while also keeping me motivated with her positive attitude. Dr. Mort Cooper's speech therapy methods made me feel like I could actually overcome my stuttering. I liked how she paid close attention to my needs during each session. The exercises and tips she gave me were useful and I could see myself getting better with each meeting. Thanks to her help and advice, my time at Better Speech was both productive and incredible.

    My visit to the store at Northpark Mall was such a letdown. I bought a new jacket and spotted a tear in the sleeve. When I tried to return it within the 30-day window, the manager, Isaac Flores, shut me down. He claimed I messed up the jacket and lied about their return policies. I had to reach out to customer service to finally return it at a different store. But, man, the way that manager acted was so unprofessional. It really rubbed me the wrong way.

    Tire inflator

    I'm super bummed about this tire inflator I bought - it stopped working way too soon! I really needed it, so it's frustrating. And on top of that, their customer service was terrible. It's like they didn't even care that it crapped out on me so fast. Next time, I'm definitely going to go with a different brand. This whole situation just feels like they're trying to push you into buying a new one all the time.

    When it comes to buying outdoor shoes, I definitely recommend going to the store instead of shopping online. Even if the size is right, the fit and comfort really depend on how the boots are designed. It's risky to just buy shoes online without trying them on first, because you might not like how they feel. I learned this the hard way when I bought outdoor shoes online and they didn't fit right. Luckily, the brand had a good return policy, so I was able to exchange them for a bigger size and avoid being stuck with uncomfortable shoes.<br><br>Also, the brand's products are top quality. They're one of the best outdoor brands when it comes to durability and performance. But, keep in mind that this quality comes with a higher price tag. So, while the products are great, be prepared to pay a little more for that superior quality.

    I've been shopping at this nursery for a while now and I mostly buy bulbs. They've got a great selection, their prices are good, and the products are top-notch. The bulbs always come in great shape and have a high survival rate, so you know they're taking good care of them. If by chance I ever get a damaged order, their customer service team is on it right away, no fuss, and they send out a new order in a jiffy. Their level of service has really impressed me and I'll definitely keep coming back to this nursery for my gardening needs.

    Handbag, disappointing quality

    I bought a handbag from your store not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm super bummed out about how bad it turned out to be. I mean, after just a month of carrying it around, the thing fell apart where it was glued together instead of being stitched. Now there's a huge 6-centimeter hole right smack dab in the middle of the bag, making it totally useless. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and even on Instagram, sending over pictures, videos, and my receipt, but no luck. Even though there's supposed to be a two-year warranty for store purchases, they told me they couldn't help fix the bag. Ugh, this whole situation has really made me feel disappointed and annoyed with the low quality and customer service, honestly.

    Dehydrated kit purchase

    I gotta be honest, I was kinda doubting it when I ordered the dehydrated kit, but man, let me tell you, it totally came through for me. After a failed attempt using fake pee, I was desperate to find something that would actually help me pass my test. This company's dehydrated kit did the trick. Not only did it work, but it worked like a charm. I followed the instructions, used the heat pad, and strapped the bottle to my body. When the temp got a bit too high, I took a gamble and ditched the heat pad - and it paid off! My body heat kept the bottle at the right temp, and I aced my test.

    I went to the store but they didn't have what I needed for my new phone, so I ended up ordering it online from a place that had everything I wanted.     Cancun trip transportation

    My experience with this transportation company wasn't great. When I got to the airport, it was a mess trying to find them. Finally, when I did, I had to wait 20 minutes for other passengers. The driver seemed lost and went to the wrong hotel before asking for everyone's address. It took over 2 hours to get to my hotel, really frustrating. The return ride was better, on time and quick pickups. But I was surprised when the driver asked for tips, not cool. Overall, I was not impressed with this experience.

    I just got the BackJoy Posture Plus because a friend suggested it, but oops, I ordered the wrong one online! So, I reached out to Customer Service right away to see if they could help me out. Luckily, someone picked up the phone right away and was able to fix the order for me. I explained what happened and they were able to make the change before it was sent out. Later on, I got an email saying the order was fixed and my BackJoy Posture Plus was on the way. I'm really happy with how well they took care of me.

    I went to a store in Bangalore the other day to get my eyes checked and find some new frames for my glasses. The employee, Shirisha, was really nice and helpful while I was getting my eyes checked.     I just got the Ooni Karu 16 pizza oven and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for my backyard pizza parties. My friends and family are having a blast building their own pies and watching them cook in this wood-fired beauty. The trial-and-error of getting that perfect pie has been surprisingly fun too. I haven't even bothered with the gas option yet because I'm loving the whole wood fire experience. So yeah, overall, I'm super happy with my purchase.

    I was super pumped to start training with this person I met, but they ended up being a no-show! I was really hoping they were gonna be the one to guide me through mastering new skills, but it turns out they bailed on me. I gotta admit, I was let down and pretty ticked off because I was seriously looking forward to it.     Fantastic Service and Great Communication

    Isaias Reis was an amazing driver and host for us. His service was fantastic, he communicated well, and he was so friendly! We couldn't have asked for a better person to pick us up after a long flight. Both times he was right on time with no problems, and the price was great too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a pick up, and if you get Isaias, consider yourself lucky because you're getting more than your money's worth. We can't thank him enough! 😃
