Aviator sunglasses
I recently purchased these Aviator sunglasses because they claimed to have a color guarantee. But sadly, after only 6 months, the gold color on the frame disappeared completely. I tried to exchange them, but it has been more than a month and I still can't find the same model anywhere online or in stores nearby. Lenskart really needs to step up and deal with these problems better, providing solutions for customers like me who are dealing with quality issues.
Frame + lens
I bought a frame and lens online about three months ago. They said the lens was scratch-resistant and made with German engineering. But, I just saw a little scratch on it recently. So, I reached out to customer service about the warranty. They told me that scratches aren't covered and suggested I buy a new lens for $500. That scratch-resistant lens shouldn't have gotten scratched so fast after only three months, especially since I always keep my glasses in their case when I'm not wearing them. I was pretty bummed by their response, since they just blamed it on everyday use.
Prescription glasses
The service at the City Center 1 in Kolkata was quick, but I had some problems with the final product. The frame I picked out wasn't straight, one side was bent. Also, while my long-distance vision was fine with the new glasses, reading up close was difficult. Strangely enough, when I switched back to my old glasses, I had no problem reading up close even though the prescription was the same. The staff told me that this issue usually goes away within 2-3 days, which was unexpected.
Progressive lens purchase
I just bought some progressive lenses from this company, but they sent me bifocal glasses by mistake. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't admit the error and were asking for more money to fix it. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.
2 blu ray, anti glare glasses
I bought these glasses from this store, and both of the frames broke in less than a year! Can you believe it? I don't get why they'd even sell such low-quality stuff. The lenses are fine, but without the frames, they're worthless. The only upside is that they have a bunch of stylish choices, but it's all pointless if they fall apart so quickly. This whole situation is just a huge letdown.
Late delivery, wrong fit
Man, I was so excited when I ordered my new glasses, but man, was I let down. They came late and didn't even fit right, even though I tried them on at the store. When I asked for a replacement, they kept changing the delivery date, which left me super annoyed and bummed out. The customer service was no help at all and really inconsistent, which made the whole thing a total nightmare. I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again.
New pair of spectacles

I've been coming here for years now and I always get top-notch customer service. The staff is super helpful in finding the best glasses for my face and budget. The optometrists really know their stuff, especially Ms. Deeksha Rawat at the Pacific Mall in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She made my eye exam a breeze and helped me pick out the perfect frames. The Vincent Chase collection is amazing with so many stylish choices to choose from.
Glasses purchase
I went to this store in Bangalore and nobody even bothered to help us out. They all seemed busy and didn't even acknowledge us. Finally, this girl came over and she was super rude, telling us to wait. We decided to just leave and we definitely won't be going back there again.

I'm really upset about my recent experience at Lenskart when trying to exchange my glasses. They promised me a discount on my new pair but it's been way too long and my order still hasn't arrived. I can't believe how poorly they're handling this situation and not caring about keeping their customers happy.
Positive purchase experience
My experience with the purchase was pretty good overall. But I gotta say, I was kinda bummed when Lenskart made me give them my email just to leave some feedback. That whole sneaky move of snagging email addresses without letting customers say no is just not cool. It totally flipped my positive review into a negative one.
Reliable eyeglasses
I've had a great experience with this eyeglass provider - no problems at all. I used to have problems with my local optician, but now that I've switched to this online service, it's been so much easier. The only time I had a little trouble was when I needed glasses with a complicated prescription, but they fixed it right away and gave me a refund. Their delivery is super fast too, which has been a huge help when ordering for my kids who are in school.

When I reached out to customer service for help, I was told that I couldn't exchange or return the glasses, so now I'm stuck with a broken pair that I spent a lot of money on. The company didn't take responsibility or offer any help to fix the problem, which was really frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying glasses from this brand in the future.

I recently picked up some really cool glasses from this store. They are awesome and really good quality. Gotta give a shoutout to Ms. Priyanka Shukla at the store, she was so nice and helpful. Seriously, she's the best!

While I was at the store the other day, I met this really nice guy who did a great job with our eye exams. He helped me and my daughter pick out the perfect frames. The whole experience was awesome and went way beyond what I was hoping for.

I went to a store in Bangalore the other day to get my eyes checked and find some new frames for my glasses. The employee, Shirisha, was really nice and helpful while I was getting my eyes checked. It took me a while to pick out the right frame, but luckily Prameela came to the rescue and helped me choose one quickly. Both of them made my experience really great overall!
Customer Service Appreciation
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Fatima Mustabin for coming through with some truly top-notch customer service. I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of weeks now, calling customer service over and over again, and nobody seemed to be able to help me out. I spent a good chunk of time on the phone with about 16 different people, and it was beyond frustrating to keep running into dead ends. But Fatima made all the difference - she's a real problem-solving pro. Thanks, Fatima!
