    Vat19 has really stepped up and made safety a top priority during this pandemic. They've had just one person - the company president - working in the warehouse since March 22. It's a clear sign that they care about keeping everyone healthy and safe, and it shows they're leading by example. As a customer, I'm grateful to know they're taking proactive steps to stop the spread of the virus.

    This company is absolutely terrible! The clothes I ordered were such poor quality, like they were made out of tissue paper. And to top it off, they have a strict no returns policy, so now I'm stuck with this junk. I swear, I am never ordering from them again!

    I just got a motor and some extra stuff from this company. The delivery was quick and everything was packed up real nice. But, there was a mix-up with one of the parts in the motor kit. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful in fixing the mistake. Mona from the customer service team was on top of things and made sure I got the missing piece right away. All in all, I'm happy with the service I got from this company.

    I ordered the urban tiger print maxi dress. I got it in the mail before my friend's birthday party and tried it on asap! I love how the dress flatters my body. Fyi ladies: I am 5'2 160lbs, the girls are 36dd, and I'm curvy too. My dress fits like a dream, has no weird smell, and the color is true to the picture on the website. I'm glad that I received lots of compliments at the party. Also, Ezibuy's customer service is helpful. The process of ordering was smooth and took less than ten minutes. Ezibuy delivered my order within two days. I'm happy with my dress. I have already ordered another.

    Beautiful product, but the zipper would not fully open. I immediately reached out to the company, to inform them that the wallet was defective. It took me MONTHS to finally hear back from them and by this point they only offered a repair, not a replacement as I expected considering the wallet was defective day one. The repair was horrible, they essentially shaved off the interior corner of the wallet to force the zipper to close. Are you kidding me? I paid $200 and ultimately received a "second" quality wallet. Good luck contacting them to address an issue. I'm so disappointed as their products are beautiful, but their customer service is horrible. This was my first purchase from Brahmin, and my last. I had intended to purchase the matching business tote, but clearly that's not going to happen. Sad.

    Do not order any items from this company. I ordered orthopedic sandals which were not delivered weeks after I ordered them and were delivered in a bag and were of extremely poor quality. The company policy is they will refund you within 30 days but the items were not delivered for over 30 days which made it look like I was over the limit of a refund. The email exchanges between me and the company were a joke with them offering me a tiny bit of money for the inconvenience. That was only their way of making sure I was past the 30 days return policy which was in addition to their shipping the items well past 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY NOW HAVE MY RETURNED ITEMS AND HAVE THE NERVE TO DISPUTE MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND. ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

    I bought decals for the baby room in March and I have yet to receive the order! In order to get free shipping I ordered a quilt that arrived quick but their reason to not sending the decals was COVID-19, which I found ridiculous since we did receive the quilt and if that was going to be a problem they should have stated so on the site! I am now 8 months pregnant and the decals haven’t arrived yet! I would order from a reliable site!

    I wish I had read this review before ordering. I am experiencing the same issues and a month later, there is still no sight of the product. I keep getting different excuses about the delay. Buyer beware: look elsewhere for a trusted e-commerce site that will deliver decals, especially since most of us are in a time-sensitive environment!
