Being a big fan of puzzles, I've bought a bunch from this shop. The quality is always great - all the pieces are there and they fit together really well. I just wanted to share about my not-so-great experience ordering my dog's prescription food from this company. It's been 11 days and the order still hasn't been shipped out. Talking to their customer service through the chat on their site has been a real headache. They keep saying they'll check on it, but nothing's been done yet. Compared to places like Chewy, this delay and lack of updates is really frustrating for me as a customer.

Knit sweater purchase
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I bought two knit sweaters, and man, I was so surprised by how low-quality they were. The color was way off from what I saw online, and the fabric felt like the worst Viscose I've ever felt. Both sweaters looked like they had been left out all night and felt super gross to touch, almost like zombie skin. I contacted customer service and sent in photos to show the problems, but they just said everything was fine and wouldn't give me a refund. They only do refunds for quality issues, but even with my detailed pictures, they wouldn't admit anything was wrong. It's obvious they know their products aren't great, but they ignore complaints and won't refund anyone. They even use fake photos and comments on social media to trick international buyers. Such a shame.

My stay downtown
I hung out downtown for a bit and it was actually pretty nice. The building was old and had some issues with the elevator, kitchen, bathroom, fire alarm, and even the WiFi, but the folks who assisted us were really pleasant. It was a bit odd how the fire alarm team members would pop into our room without knocking - kinda creepy. But overall, it was a good experience.

I was so disappointed with my recent purchase. I spent over $1,000 and they didn't even give me a dust bag. The customer service was terrible, Gesaria just kept reciting rules. Why can't they just give me what I asked for? It's frustrating. I'm done with this brand, they are so cheap.
