Adidas SPZL drop
I recently bought the Adidas SPZL drop at Sevenstore and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The store in Liverpool is super cool, really stylish with tons of designer brands to choose from. The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to help me out during the hectic SPZL drop launch. Their product knowledge was top-notch and they made my shopping trip super easy and fun. I'll definitely be going back to Sevenstore for all my designer brand needs, whether I'm shopping online or in person.
Recent purchase
So, I bought something online from this store and ran into a problem with my order. When I reached out to Customer Service to fix it and add something, they said it was too late to change anything. But, they suggested I make a new order with faster delivery and they'd cover the extra cost. I have to say, that kind of helpful and customer-friendly service doesn't come around often. I really appreciate it and it makes me feel good about shopping with them again in the future.
Pair of shoes for my husband
I just bought some shoes for my husband from this store. At first, I had some trouble with the discount code and delivery, but the online chat team helped me out really fast and everything got fixed. I ordered on the 2nd and got my delivery on the 4th, super quick! The service was awesome, and they did a great job with the packaging. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll totally tell other people to shop here. I'll definitely be coming back myself.
Quick purchase
I got some really cool stuff, but I made a mistake with the shipping. Thankfully, Hamza from customer support came through like a champ and sorted everything out for me. He switched up my shipping so my goodies would get here on time, especially with Easter right around the corner. He had to cancel and place a new order for some things, but he kept me in the loop the whole time. Now my stuff is on its way and I'm thrilled. Big thanks to Hamza for being awesome!

I had a really great experience with the customer service team at this store. Hamza was super helpful and quick to respond when I messed up my order. It's not often you come across such awesome customer service these days. I wish more online and in-store shops were like this crew.
Cool sneakers on release day!
I got these really awesome sneakers the day they dropped and it was like magic - they got to me the very next day! The service was amazing, they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I'll for sure be checking out this site again for more cool finds.
