Large purchase, no confirmation
I made a big purchase on the website back on November 30th, but I never got any confirmation email or any communication at all. I tried reaching out to them through the site, but no luck. Even the phone number on the site wasn't working. Luckily, the payment was still pending through PayPal and hadn't been taken out of my account yet. I had to take off my banking and card info to stop the payment and filed a dispute with PayPal. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying.

"Ordered a watch in February, still waiting"
I ordered a watch back in February, and even though the company keeps saying it's coming soon in their emails, I haven't actually gotten it yet. It's getting old hearing about it being made, checked, or on its way. I did get a tracking number, but there hasn't been any progress on the shipment in weeks. This whole thing seems fishy, and I want to let others know to be careful. It's annoying to see a business advertising and claiming to have great products when that's not the truth. Waiting over 6 months without any updates is not okay.

Quick purchase
I got some really cool stuff, but I made a mistake with the shipping. Thankfully, Hamza from customer support came through like a champ and sorted everything out for me. He switched up my shipping so my goodies would get here on time, especially with Easter right around the corner. He had to cancel and place a new order for some things, but he kept me in the loop the whole time. Now my stuff is on its way and I'm thrilled. Big thanks to Hamza for being awesome!

Oh my goodness, I just have to gush about how awesome the customer service is at this store! I had a question, reached out, and they got back to me crazy fast. They were super apologetic and quick to fix any issues I had. The chat rep, SITHABILE, was so sweet and helpful! They ended up fully compensating me and I left feeling so satisfied. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will be spreading the word to all my friends to shop here too. #TEAM

Handheld vacuum cleaner
I just bought a handheld vacuum cleaner from this company, and man, let me tell you, their customer service was a complete disaster. The people I talked to sounded like they had no idea what they were doing and couldn't help me at all. It was super frustrating and just left me feeling really disappointed.

Flight from Manchester to Madrid, with onward travel to Seville
Unfortunately, my flight from Manchester to Madrid got canceled, so I couldn't make it to Seville as planned. But hey, they hooked me up with lunch, a place to crash for the night, and even paid me some compensation right away. Besides that hiccup, everything else was pretty good overall.

Muscle cream purchase
I recently bought the muscle cream for the first time because a friend told me how great it was. But when I got it, I could tell right away that the packaging had been messed with and it looked like someone had already used the cream. It's pretty worrying because it makes me wonder how good they are at making sure their products are safe. I reached out to customer service through email to talk about the problem, but getting a product that's already been opened is just not okay and doesn't really make me trust the brand as much.
