Personalized portrait painting
I ordered a custom portrait for my mom's birthday from this company, but dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. They promised to finish and deliver it on time, but it was way delayed. I paid in full like they asked, but my order still didn't come when they said it would. Because of all the hassle, I ended up canceling my order. I was really let down by the whole thing and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone trying to get a meaningful gift for someone special.

I got some really cool stuff, but I made a mistake with the shipping. Thankfully, Hamza from customer support came through like a champ and sorted everything out for me. Flight from Manchester to Madrid, with onward travel to Seville
Unfortunately, my flight from Manchester to Madrid got canceled, so I couldn't make it to Seville as planned. But hey, they hooked me up with lunch, a place to crash for the night, and even paid me some compensation right away. Besides that hiccup, everything else was pretty good overall.
