Flight experience with this airline
This airline is such a rip-off. Their customer service is so terrible, their website never works, and if you try to make a complaint, they just hang up on you. I even shelled out extra for the "Plus" fare thinking I'd get better treatment, but it was actually even worse than flying with a budget airline. If you can steer clear of this airline, you'll be saving yourself a ton of stress and cash.
Flight cancellation, poor alternative, expensive last-minute tickets, lack of compensation
My recent experience with this airline was absolutely terrible. They canceled my flight just two days before I was supposed to leave. The replacement flight they suggested was not only a pain to deal with, but it got me to my destination over 6 hours later than I had originally planned. It was so frustrating trying to find a solution, so eventually, I just asked for a refund and had to buy new tickets at the last minute, which ended up costing me an arm and a leg. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times to see if I could get some compensation, but I haven't heard anything back yet. This whole situation has really made me think twice about using this airline again.

I had the worst experience dealing with this airline! Their website kept crashing when I tried to book a flight. I had to fill out the form multiple times and it still didn't work. It feels like they don't even want to let people fly with them. On top of all that, their customer service is a complete joke. They don't even bother responding to your messages! It's beyond frustrating. I wouldn't even suggest this airline to my worst enemy.

Our flight from Manchester to Malaga got delayed with a layover in Madrid, which left us stuck at the Madrid airport without our luggage, a hotel, or a connecting flight for a whopping 15 hours. We're trying to get compensation for all the extra costs we incurred, but so far, the airline has been silent and hasn't taken any responsibility, even after 7 months.

I had a really bad experience with this airline recently. The service was not good at all, with the flight attendants being rude and acting superior towards us. Traveling experience on a flight
On my recent flight in economy class, something interesting happened. A person flying in business class wanted to sit with their parents, so they asked to switch seats with me. They promised me a meal in return, but after the switch, I didn't get much attention or service from the flight attendant. It was odd how they completely ignored me and didn't give me the meal, saying there was only one meal per passenger. The person who switched seats with me didn't even want the meal, so they didn't get it either. Turns out, that person works in the aviation industry and was also surprised by how we were treated. Eventually, I got a leftover meal while others were enjoying their drinks, and a kind flight attendant offered me some food. I felt like the whole situation was pretty disrespectful.

This company is total scammers. They messed up an hour before our flight, making us miss it completely. We got totally screwed over and we'll never ever fly with them again. Stay away from them at all costs.
Quick check-in at the Madrid business counter
The business lounge was really great even though it was crowded, but they had everything running smoothly. The flight itself was just okay, but I was pretty irritated that my luggage was one of the last ones to come out at baggage claim, even though it was supposed to be a priority.
Flight discomfort
The flight from Madrid to Tenerife was terrible. Everything seemed fine when we boarded on time, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The cabin was a disaster. The seats were so uncomfortable, couldn't even recline, and there was no legroom at all (and I'm 5'9" so that should give you an idea). Before long, I could feel my neck and shoulders tensing up, and I had to twist myself in weird ways just to try and get comfortable. It was a nightmare for a flight of almost three hours. Definitely would not recommend.
Delayed flight, poor service, long wait for luggage
Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to begin! That flight was a complete disaster. First off, it was so delayed and we had to wait forever before we could even take off. And then, once we were up in the sky, the crew didn't even bother to offer us a simple cup of water. I mean, come on, how hard is it to give us a little drink?! And if that wasn't bad enough, when we landed, we were stuck on the plane even longer because another plane was blocking us. UGH! And let's not even talk about the wait for our luggage. I seriously felt like I aged 10 years waiting for it to finally come out on that carousel. Definitely never flying with them again!

We had to deplane and were basically left hanging at the airport, in the dead of night, not knowing what to do. It was a mess. And then, when I complained about it, they didn't offer any refund or compensation. It was like they were living in the Stone Age, not caring at all about keeping their customers happy or treating them right.

Luggage damage
I recently flew with this airline and had a bad experience with them mishandling my luggage. It was fine when I checked it in, but when I got it back at my destination, it was totally broken. The frustrating part was trying to file a claim - the customer service was no help and the claim system was all messed up. Plus, the takeoff was bumpy and nerve-wracking, which made the whole flight pretty scary and not fun at all.
