Pleasant online shopping experience
My recent shopping trip to Robin McGraw Revelation's online store was pretty average. The service was fine, but nothing to write home about. Everything went smoothly with payment and all that jazz. The website was easy to use and made the whole shopping thing a breeze. It was all good, but there's still some things that could be better.

Unlocking chromosome browser
I paid $19 to unlock the chromosome browser, but it only worked for my kit and not the other ones I handle. So, I shelled out another $19, and I have to say, I was pretty happy with how quickly I got access to the chromosome browser. Even though I had seen some bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked for me.

Dissatisfied with the product
I bought this thing that said it would totally make me happy, or I could get my money back. Well, surprise, surprise - it didn't work at all. So I hit up the company for a refund like they said, but they turned around and told me I had to send back what was left of it to get my money back. That's not fair at all and it feels like they're trying to trick people. They straight up lied to me, and now I'm going to make sure people know not to trust their fake guarantees.

Family vacation stay
The resort location is absolutely gorgeous, and there are tons of things to do for both kids and adults. The kids had a blast at the pool, but the snow dome could be better, and there weren't a lot of options for little ones. The spa was amazing, a real treat for relaxation. However, our lodge was not as clean as we hoped when we got there. The biggest bummer was that there was no bathroom door, which made for some awkward moments when someone walked in while someone was on the toilet. Plus, there weren't enough towels - just two in the whole lodge for a week-long visit, and no washing machine in sight.

Bought 4 of the towels
I bought these towels for a trip to India three years ago, and they were great for traveling light because they dry really fast! I still use them for vacations and weekend getaways when I'm not sure if there will be towels available. Plus, they wash up really nicely. I also picked up some matching hair wraps that are adorable and so convenient.

Order surprise fees
Yeah, so I bought some stuff online, you know? And when my package arrived, I had to fork over extra cash for customs and local shipping fees to get it here in Saudi Arabia. Not cool, right? Plus, the packaging was all messed up, but thankfully everything I ordered was still in there. The products themselves are really good though! The customer service was awesome, they answered all my questions super quick. But the surprise extra costs? Not cool at all.

Amplifier theater system
I'm sorry to say that I can't recommend or install products from this company anymore. The home theater system I bought was a letdown from the start. I didn't even get the remote with it, which is pretty important. It took them two days into the warranty to even address that problem, which is just bad customer service. And when the system crapped out after a year, they didn't want to replace it, using some technicalities in the warranty as an excuse. Their communication was all over the place, and not helpful at all. As someone who needs top-notch equipment for my business, this whole thing has been a big disappointment. I won't be buying anything from them again.
