Getting the sensitivity test done seemed alright at the beginning, but me and some others didn't have a good time with the results. Even though it showed that I'm really sensitive to capsaicin, they missed other signs of sensitivity. Trying to figure out the codes on the chart to see what my results meant was confusing and hard. Because I'm so sensitive to capsaicin, the inflammation in my joints, intestines, and skin rashes caused by it were really bad. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest doing this test.
