Misleading delivery information
I just bought something from this company and was really looking forward to getting it when they said it would come. But man, was I bummed out when the delivery date they gave me was way off. It totally threw off my plans and caused a bunch of stress and inconvenience.
Visor for helmet
I ordered a visor for my helmet (order #48727759) a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I really need the visor as soon as possible and I'm worried about any potential delays like the ones other customers have faced. I know shipping internationally can be slow, but I'm hoping my order can be processed quickly.
Bought 2 cool helmets
I recently bought two really cool helmets from this store and they arrived really quickly. Unfortunately, one of them didn't fit properly, so I had to return it. The return process was simple and didn't cost much, plus I got my refund faster than I expected. After that, I ordered a larger helmet, which actually arrived even faster than the first time. MotardInn is awesome, I definitely recommend it!
Motorbike gloves
I bought some motorcycle gloves online not too long ago and it was a total mess. They messed up my order not just once, but twice! Their customer service was awful and the return was a nightmare. It's been two months and I still haven't gotten my money back. I feel like I got scammed and I'm definitely not shopping there again.
Motorcycle boots
I was so happy with the amazing service I got from this company. They shipped my motorcycle boots super fast and the price was really great. I also liked being able to track my order until it got to my door in the UK. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
Helmet and 2 accessories to Romania
I just bought a helmet and a couple of accessories from this online store, and I gotta say it was a pretty good experience. The delivery was faster than I thought, although there was a little blip with a missing item, but they gave me a quick refund for it. The customer service was nice and helpful, they got back to me with all my questions right away. I'd definitely suggest this store to anyone in need of motorcycle gear.
Undelivered product
I haven't gotten the product I ordered from MotardInn yet. There wasn't any card left saying they tried to deliver it, and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to check on it. The delivery driver snapped a pic of it in their van, but it still hasn't made its way to me. It's been a real letdown and super annoying.

Dainese Carve Master 3 Jacket, pant, Chest armour, back armour, hip armour, and gloves
This was my first time ordering from MotardInn and sadly, it didn't go smoothly. I placed an order for several items totaling over £1,000 back in October, but I ran into a bunch of out-of-stock problems. First, the gloves were out of stock, then the pants, and finally the hip armor. Since I was hoping for a full outfit, I had to just cancel the whole thing, especially with Black Friday coming up. But I do have to say, I was impressed by how quick and nice the Customer Service team was in their responses, which was the opposite of what I had seen online. Now I'm just waiting to see how long it will take to get my money back, since this is my first time going through this process. I've been a loyal customer at diveinn and snowinn, buying stuff over 10 times, and I can vouch for the authenticity of all their products. Even though the waiting can be annoying, the prices are unbeatable and there are no hidden fees or taxes, so it's worth it in the end.
Purchased motorcycle gear
I've purchased a bunch of different things from this store and, overall, it's been alright. The prices are pretty fair and the stuff seems to be pretty decent quality. But, I did have a problem with a pair of boots that seemed to be not so great, though I haven't tried to send them back yet. I think it's more on the manufacturer than it is on the store itself. It's always a good idea to make sure something fits right before you buy it, to avoid having to send things back. The shipping can take a while, like most online stores, so I wouldn't recommend getting anything you need in a hurry.
Motorcycle gloves
I just bought a pair of motorcycle gloves from an online store. But, turns out, they were meant for women, something that wasn't clear in the title but hidden in the description. So now I had to pay for shipping back and forth and I still don't have the gloves. I get that I should have looked more closely, but I think the website should make important stuff easier to see.
Motardinn Givi motorcycle windshield
I ordered the Givi AF260, adjustable airflow windshield. Givi products are excellent. I received only the base component and not the adjustable upper portion. I’ve spent a week trying to get the part missing shipped to me. I was offered a partial credit of $100.00 ( delivered cost is $225.98) and the option of keeping the partial order. Useless. I’ve waited days for a breakdown of the costs of returning the part. After numerous attempts to reach out to Motardinn for help I expect choosing to order from them was an expensive mistake. I’ve tried to get this resolved since February 19.
Whatever the apologetic response is don’t believe it. They sell excellent products but can’t deliver what any reasonable person would expect in product delivery or customer service.Helmet purchase
I was kinda unsure about buying it at first cause of some bad reviews, but I thought, why not give it a shot? I was actually pretty happy to get updates on my order through Facebook messenger. It felt good knowing my package was coming. When it finally arrived, I was glad to see it came all the way from Spain and was in good shape. All in all, it turned out to be a good purchase.
Helmet purchase
I'm a customer at MotardInn and I just bought a new motorcycle helmet from their website. They had a lot of options to choose from and I found the perfect one. Ordering was easy, but I had to wait a bit because the item was out of stock. The customer service team kept me updated, which I really appreciated. In the end, I decided to cancel my order and I was surprised at how fast the refund came through.
Tires for my moped
I needed new tires for my moped and thought I found a great deal. But then, after waiting for 8 days, they emailed me saying they were out of stock. Seriously, how do you not know that in advance?! It was frustrating. So, I ended up canceling my order and went to my local shop instead. I got the tires in just 3 days, but they were more expensive. I won't be giving them another shot, that's for sure.
Plastics for bike
I bought some plastic bike parts from this site not long ago. But, for some reason, my order got cancelled without me even knowing. And, to make matters worse, I had already paid for it. I tried to get in touch with customer service to sort things out, but nobody was available. It was really frustrating and disappointing how there was no communication or help. I suggest being careful when buying stuff from this website.
UK buyer happy with experience
As a buyer from the UK, I was a bit skeptical at first because of some negative reviews. But I gotta say, my experience turned out pretty great. Got my package just 10 days after ordering, no extra fees to pay. And to top it off, I saved a big ol' £100 compared to buying in the UK. Can't complain about that!

Order surprise fees
Yeah, so I bought some stuff online, you know? And when my package arrived, I had to fork over extra cash for customs and local shipping fees to get it here in Saudi Arabia. Not cool, right? Plus, the packaging was all messed up, but thankfully everything I ordered was still in there. The products themselves are really good though! The customer service was awesome, they answered all my questions super quick. But the surprise extra costs? Not cool at all.
Alpinestars Nucleon KR-H Hip protector set
I bought a set of Alpinestars Nucleon KR-H Hip protectors from this company recently. When I got the package, I saw that some parts were missing, which was a letdown. But I reached out to their customer service with some photos for proof. A few days later, they gave me a full refund, which I was really thankful for. In the end, I'm happy with how the company handled the situation and I'd trust them again. Along with the hip protectors, I also ordered two Spidi jackets and a helmet liner, all of which came in good shape and were what I expected.
