Jeep rental experience
The check-in process was pretty easy, and the guy there suggested I add my own car insurance to save some cash. I already had full coverage, but he said I'd get money back. I showed him my insurance on an app, but never got that refund. The guy at the counter was a little hard to follow and seemed a little off. Despite that, we were stoked to get a Jeep for our rental - it was like a dream! The car did great on our trip, especially in the mountains. Checking in was quick, and the shuttles to and from the airport were nice, with friendly drivers.
Budget-friendly AAA Travel alternative
I was really surprised by how much I saved booking with this company instead of AAA Travel. Their prices were way better for the same car on the same day. At first, I wasn't sure about booking with a smaller company, but I'm really happy I did. The booking process was simple and quick, and I got confirmation right away. Car Hire Experience at Malaga Airport
I rented a car from a car rental company at Malaga airport not too long ago. When I checked in, they sent me an email with photos of any scratches or marks on the car, so I could look it over before leaving. When I returned the car, it only took 5 minutes for them to check it and they sent me an email confirming everything was okay. It was a really easy and quick process and the price was good too.

Car rental disaster
I had the worst time with my car rental! I paid for insurance in advance, but when I got to the counter to get my car, they wanted an extra 1,400 euros! It was a total surprise and I had to go through the trouble of finding another rental company. My bank person said that this company pulls this on folks all the time, and their contracts have all sorts of tricky fine print. Now I have to deal with the Ombudsman to try and get my money back. Avoid this company like the plague!

I gotta give Darrin props for his fast service when we dropped off the car. He got us in and out super quick, less than 5 minutes. He even gave us some tips to save money on our next rental. It's rare to find someone so efficient and helpful, so big shoutout to him for really going above and beyond.

I booked a car and the site said FREE cancellation, Book with confidence! You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup. No worries, no hassle.
I canceled an hour later, and they told me that they can only give me a voucher for future booking but if I want my money back, they will charge me $65, and the rest of the balance will be returned in 21 business days.

I just paid in advance for a rental car on this booking site, thinking everything would be easy and problem-free. But, surprise surprise, the rental car place said they never got the payment from the site. Now I've been charged double for the same thing. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got was crickets - no response at all. It's really frustrating to deal with this kind of dishonesty and lack of responsibility from a company.

I mean, seriously? Why am I paying in Euros when I live in Australia and renting a car here? It just doesn't make any sense to me. Can't I just pay with Australian dollars? It's not that complicated, right?
