The Ultimate Travel Booking Experience
I have been using Omio for all of my travel booking needs for the past year and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their services. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to search and compare various travel options, whether it be by train, bus, or flight.
One of the things I love about Omio is their wide range of options for transportation. I never feel limited in my choices and I always find the best and most affordable options for my travels.

I just had to check in on a ticket I bought because I didn't get my tickets after I paid online. I waited a whole day, and then I finally got an email with my tickets attached. It was a really nice and helpful email. So, I decided to download the company's app and it's actually really handy for keeping track of all my bookings. One thing I learned is to always jot down the booking number to make any booking process easier. In the end, I'm happy with how everything went with buying my ticket, and I think other people should think about using this service for their travel plans too.
Train booking modification
I had some issues trying to change my train booking online, so I decided to contact customer service for assistance. Uta from customer service was so helpful and even sent me a personalized email to guide me through the changes I wanted to make. It was nice to get a response that seemed genuine and not like an automated robot. Uta's friendly attitude and straightforward instructions made everything a lot easier for me. I really value the personal approach that Omio's customer service team takes.
Amazing customer service!
I chatted with this guy, Melvin, and he was so awesome! He really did his best to help me out with my problem. I couldn't get a refund for the rest of my trip, but it wasn't Omio's fault - it was the bus company's rules. All in all, I had a great experience using Omio and I would totally suggest it to my buddies.
Train ticket
The customer service guy, Daniel, was really straight-up with me about what I needed to do to get my issue sorted out. I liked that he didn't beat around the bush and I'd definitely hit him up again if I have another problem. But man, waiting on hold forever just to talk to someone was annoying. Omio should really think about having more folks like Daniel on board to help out with customer service.
Awesome help with ticket
I accidentally booked the wrong date for my ticket, but Omio was able to help me fix it and get a refund. Enoch was super nice and helpful. I'll definitely buy from them again!
Train booking assistance
I messed up and booked a train for the wrong day and totally freaked out. So, I sent an email and got a super quick and professional response that calmed me down and fixed the problem without any extra fees. My overall experience was really great, and I'm super happy with how it all turned out.
Ticket organization and mobile app hesitation
When I first figured out how to work the system, I was able to easily organize all my tickets. But I haven't tried out the mobile app yet, so I'm not sure if it'll be helpful for boarding planes and trains. I'll give it a shot after my summer trip and see how it goes.
Train ticket purchase
I got my train ticket without any issues and then needed some assistance with the physical ticket. I talked to this agent, Hamdi, who was really fast and helpful. I appreciated the support I received and would for sure use their services again.
Train ticket cancellation due to strike
My train tickets got screwed up because of a stupid strike in London, but the folks at this place were amazing and sorted me out quick. They refunded all my money so I could just rent a car instead. Really came through for me!
Quick and helpful customer service
The person who helped me was really fast at answering my questions and even checked back in when we got cut off. It was great that they could assist with what I needed. Thanks so much!
