    I have been using Omio for all of my travel booking needs for the past year and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their services. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to search and compare various travel options, whether it be by train, bus, or flight.

    Ticket Purchase Experience

    I just had to check in on a ticket I bought because I didn't get my tickets after I paid online. I waited a whole day, and then I finally got an email with my tickets attached. It was a really nice and helpful email. So, I decided to download the company's app and it's actually really handy for keeping track of all my bookings. One thing I learned is to always jot down the booking number to make any booking process easier. In the end, I'm happy with how everything went with buying my ticket, and I think other people should think about using this service for their travel plans too.

    Train booking modification

    I had some issues trying to change my train booking online, so I decided to contact customer service for assistance. Uta from customer service was so helpful and even sent me a personalized email to guide me through the changes I wanted to make. It was nice to get a response that seemed genuine and not like an automated robot. Uta's friendly attitude and straightforward instructions made everything a lot easier for me.     I accidentally booked the wrong date for my ticket, but Omio was able to help me fix it and get a refund. Enoch was super nice and helpful. I'll definitely buy from them again!

    Ticket organization and mobile app hesitation

    When I first figured out how to work the system, I was able to easily organize all my tickets. But I haven't tried out the mobile app yet, so I'm not sure if it'll be helpful for boarding planes and trains. I'll give it a shot after my summer trip and see how it goes.

    Train ticket cancellation due to strike

    My train tickets got screwed up because of a stupid strike in London, but the folks at this place were amazing and sorted me out quick. They refunded all my money so I could just rent a car instead. Really came through for me!
