    The customer service guy, Daniel, was really straight-up with me about what I needed to do to get my issue sorted out. I liked that he didn't beat around the bush and I'd definitely hit him up again if I have another problem. But man, waiting on hold forever just to talk to someone was annoying. Omio should really think about having more folks like Daniel on board to help out with customer service.

    Amazing customer service!

    I chatted with this guy, Melvin, and he was so awesome! He really did his best to help me out with my problem. I couldn't get a refund for the rest of my trip, but it wasn't Omio's fault - it was the bus company's rules. All in all, I had a great experience using Omio and I would totally suggest it to my buddies.

    Ferry booking from Napoli to Positano on May 21, 2024

    I recently booked a ferry through Omio to get from Napoli to Positano, but the trip got canceled. I reached out to customer service to ask about a refund, and a rep named Tsveta helped me out.     Overpriced train tickets

    I'm really disappointed with the train tickets I bought through this service, because they left me stranded at the station with no way to get on the packed train. It was a total nightmare trying to board with all the chaos of people and luggage. And to top it off, we had to pay a crazy 400 euros for a taxi to our destination. It's just not right. Omio should have known about the transportation problems in Venice and told us ahead of time. This whole thing really spoiled the start of our vacation.

    I had a really great experience with the customer service rep I talked to. He was super helpful and polite. You could tell he really cared about giving good service and making sure I was happy. It's not every day you come across someone who takes their job so seriously, especially in online bookings. He really stood out. He helped me with my reservation and answered all my questions, going the extra mile to make sure everything was good. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely suggest this platform to others.

    Ticket organization and mobile app hesitation

    When I first figured out how to work the system, I was able to easily organize all my tickets. But I haven't tried out the mobile app yet, so I'm not sure if it'll be helpful for boarding planes and trains. I'll give it a shot after my summer trip and see how it goes.

    I had such an easy time ordering train tickets on Omio. I just clicked a few buttons and boom, my tickets were booked! But then, about a month later, I couldn't find my email confirmation anywhere. I got so worried that I had lost my tickets, so I decided to shoot Omio an email. They were super friendly and quickly sent me a new email with my tickets attached. It was such a relief! All in all, my experience was awesome and I would definitely use Omio again in the future.
