I had such an easy time ordering train tickets on Omio. I just clicked a few buttons and boom, my tickets were booked! But then, about a month later, I couldn't find my email confirmation anywhere. I got so worried that I had lost my tickets, so I decided to shoot Omio an email. They were super friendly and quickly sent me a new email with my tickets attached. It was such a relief! All in all, my experience was awesome and I would definitely use Omio again in the future.

I couldn't get a refund for the rest of my trip, but it wasn't Omio's fault - it was the bus company's rules. All in all, I had a great experience using Omio and I would totally suggest it to my buddies.

I recently booked a ferry through Omio to get from Napoli to Positano, but the trip got canceled. I reached out to customer service to ask about a refund, and a rep named Tsveta helped me out.
