Easy Booking Process
I've booked several trips through this company and had nothing but good experiences. Their website is super easy to use, which makes it a breeze to find the perfect adventure travel package. I love that they offer a wide range of trips and I've had a blast on all the ones I've taken so far. I definitely suggest using this company for your travel needs.
Rapid resolution of duplicate booking
I ran into a little problem with booking twice for the same thing, but thankfully Esteban from Tourradar took care of it right away. Esteban's professionalism and quick help turned a potentially stressful situation into a stress-free one. I'm grateful for Tourradar's staff and how they handle surprises like this.
Customized payment arrangement
The folks at this company were really great! They really went out of their way to help me set up a payment plan that worked for my tour. Even though it took a lot of back and forth, they were always quick to respond, super friendly, and really good at keeping me in the loop. It took a bunch of messages, phone calls, and working with the tour provider, but they were always there to lend a hand. I really value how much they cared and how far they were willing to go to make things easy for me. My only suggestion would be to make the local phone number easier to find for smoother communication.
Confusing communication
I gotta say, trying to get answers from this company was a real struggle. The first response I got totally ignored my questions, and it was so aggravating. Then, instead of actually helping me out and fixing things, I just kept getting passed around between them and the cruise company. It was like a never-ending loop of confusion and nobody talking to each other. I'll tell you, I was not happy with the service I got at all.
11-day Balkans tour
TourRadar is awesome because I can easily find the perfect Balkans tour that fits my budget and has a great tour guide. I just signed up for an 11-day adventure and I'm so excited for it to start!

Introductory weekend in Warsaw
There weren't many tours available to choose from in Poland in November, especially for Warsaw! I tried to book the same one twice but got rejected both times. Choices were really limited, but I managed to book something in the end.

Easy booking process
I booked a tour through a travel agent not too long ago and then came across it on this website. I thought it sounded really cool and the price was right, so I booked it again. But, I was kind of bummed out that the company didn't keep in touch very well. While it was easy to book, I didn't get any info or updates about my tour until the day before. It would have been nice to hear from them more during the booking process.
Booking experience
My booking experience was pretty bad. It took forever to get answers to my questions, and to top it off, the price changed after I booked. They said there weren't enough spots left, even though the ad said there were over 10 spots. The excuse they gave was not very impressive.
Fun Eastern Europe Tour
I recently went on this amazing tour of Eastern Europe and it was absolutely fantastic! The highlights were definitely Krakow and Prague. Our tour guide, Karolina, was awesome and had such a great energy. The group I was with was super friendly and supportive. I will say, this tour might be a bit challenging for older folks because we did a lot of moving around on trains and buses, but for me, it was an absolute blast!

Excellent tour guide experience
Timeless tours really went above and beyond for us. Our tour guide, Remon, was absolutely amazing. He made sure to take care of everyone in our group, showing us so much patience and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the whole trip. I definitely suggest asking for him as your guide, he really made our trip one to remember. I know I'll be keeping in touch with him for a long time. Not only did Remon provide exceptional service, but the places we visited were absolutely incredible. His knowledge about each spot really added something extra special to our adventure.

My recent booking experience for the tour went well, but I think they could've given more info about what to bring, when to arrive, and what to expect. It would make the customer service better and I'd give them a higher rating.
