Confusing communication
I gotta say, trying to get answers from this company was a real struggle. The first response I got totally ignored my questions, and it was so aggravating. Then, instead of actually helping me out and fixing things, I just kept getting passed around between them and the cruise company. It was like a never-ending loop of confusion and nobody talking to each other. I'll tell you, I was not happy with the service I got at all.

However, the whole insurance thing has been a total nightmare. It's been forever and it's still not straightened out. It's like trying to untangle a mess of knotted headphones. Total drag, man. We thought it was all fixed, but then it turned out it wasn't. What a headache. They offered a discount, but it's only for online orders, and we're not down to take that risk again. Thanks, but no thanks.
