The delivery came really fast, but we had to send them back 'cause they were too big for my face. Luckily, the return process was a breeze. However, the whole insurance thing has been a total nightmare. It's been forever and it's still not straightened out. It's like trying to untangle a mess of knotted headphones. Total drag, man. We thought it was all fixed, but then it turned out it wasn't. What a headache. They offered a discount, but it's only for online orders, and we're not down to take that risk again. Thanks, but no thanks.

Screen protector warranty
I sent them all the information they asked for to replace my screen protector because it broke. It's been like forever (10 days) and I still haven't received a new one. Looks like I'll have to purchase one on my own now. I'm really upset, I won't be buying from them again. Their customer service is just awful. I can't believe Apple promises people it'll only take 3-5 days. It's a complete joke!

I had a frustrating experience trying to update my email address on my account. Unlike other online businesses, I was told I couldn't just change it – instead, I had to delete my account and make a new one. Not only was this annoying, but it also meant I lost my Premier membership status. It's really disappointing that such a basic issue couldn't be fixed easily, and now I'm not a very satisfied customer.
