Prescription glasses purchase
I just got a new pair of glasses from Target's optical department. It was a letdown, though. They never kept me in the loop about my order. And then, to top it off, my glasses ended up in the wrong state! I waited a whole month for them to arrive, only to realize they were shipped from overseas.

I had a terrible experience shopping at Target Optical for prescription contacts. Let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. Their system is all over the place, which made it nearly impossible to track my order accurately. Finally, when my contacts arrived, they had the wrong prescription! Can you believe that? Dealing with such a basic mistake was beyond frustrating. And the return process was a headache - I had to make two more requests. On top of all that, the refund I got was wrong, and they told me it would take another 3-10 business days to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reliable online contact provider like 1-800 contacts to save yourself the trouble.

I had a terrible experience at the optical store. They didn't even greet me when I walked in, even though I was the only customer there. Then, they went ahead and used my insurance information without asking, so I couldn't go somewhere else for glasses. When I brought it up, they tried to blame me and said I should have known their policy. That's ridiculous - as a customer, I shouldn't have to guess. Communication is important! This kind of behavior is not okay and makes the whole place seem unprofessional.

However, UPS said they never received them! I tried reaching out through calls, emails, chats, you name it, but no luck. Finally, after 6 days, I got an email saying they would send out a new order the next day. It's been another 3 days and still nothing! They keep requesting to confirm my prescription and address, even though they already had that information. It's now March 20th and I still haven't received my glasses. On top of all that, they billed my insurance without even delivering the glasses yet! I'm beyond frustrated, I'm ready to report this disaster to the Better Business Bureau!

I had a really great time at the eye doctor's office the other day. I had to get new glasses and was looking for a place that could work with my busy schedule. The lady who helped me out was super nice, knew her stuff, and got everything done quickly. She helped me figure out my insurance and placed the order for my glasses right away. It was an easy and fast process, and I was happy with my new glasses. I'll definitely go back to that store again in the future.
