One of the Best Cruise travel agency with great customer service
For quite a long years our family has beens selecting CruiseDirect as our major platform to book cruises. Does not matter we live in Europe, we always received very good care and the most satisfying service from the Customer Service before and even after a cruise. Recently we booked cruise with NCL but could not resolve issue of their CruiseNext deposit, how to add it to our payments. We tried to get answers from NCL via e-mails but did not receive answer apart of confirmation of e-mail receipt. Mr.Enrique Bravo was a CS person who interfered , helped to find traces of the deposit and add it to payments already done. Many thanks to him and other Customer Service colleagues ! I highly suggest trying them out as well.
Customer service experience
I really just wanted to say a big thank you to the customer service rep who helped me out so much. Even though we were dealing with different time zones because I’m overseas, Girlie Canio really put in the extra effort to make sure all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. She was super professional, attentive, and patient throughout our conversations, and she made sure to pass along all my concerns to the cruise line and give me all the info I needed to make good choices. I was so impressed with the service I got from her, and I’d absolutely suggest her help to anyone who needs it.
Group booking for cruise
My buddies and I worked with Maria Brenda Taboso for booking our recent cruise, and let me tell you, her service was top-notch. Maria knew her stuff and was always on the ball, answering all of our questions and requests in no time. She was super friendly and really made the whole booking experience easy and stress-free. Maria even went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. I can't praise her service enough - she's the best!
Trip questions answered
I gave Maria Brenda a call to ask some questions about my upcoming trip, and she was so helpful! She was super nice and made sure I understood all the info I needed. Maria didn't rush me at all and was really professional. Thanks to her, my phone call was a great experience.
Cruise trip purchase
I've been looking forever for the perfect cruise for my family, and I finally found it on this website! The prices were so much better than others, and the customer service was incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again!
Booking a cruise
I just booked this amazing cruise and I had a bunch of questions, but Maria Brenda Taboso was seriously the best at helping us out. She was always so nice and quick to respond to all our inquiries. I highly recommend using her service because she's absolutely awesome.
