    Tear drop ring

    I bought a tear drop ring from a jewelry store not long ago, and man, was I let down. It was expensive, but after only wearing it twice, two stones fell out. Crazy, right? The quality just didn't match the price. I was hoping for better craftsmanship and durability considering the money I shelled out. I won't be buying from that store again, that's for sure.

    Transport booking from Squashland to the airport

    I just booked a ride from Squashland to the airport and I have to say, the service was great! They kept me updated the whole time and the taxi showed up right on time.     I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service I've experienced with this company. I placed my order on December 5th but didn't hear anything about shipping until December 11th. They said there was a delay due to a traffic jam, but since then my package hasn't budged at all. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but I haven't gotten any response. It's frustrating that there's no live customer service when you call, so I can't talk to anyone directly. It's now December 19th and I still haven't received my package or a refund. This whole experience has been really disappointing, and I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

    I am completely shocked right now. Finding out I have a long-lost sister through my DNA test is like something you only see in a movie! Plus, the best part is that the service wasn't even expensive and it was super easy to understand. I received updates on my test progress and could easily check the results on the website.     So, I got these really cute blouses from this store and I was so excited to give them as holiday gifts! But man, they took so long to arrive!     I bought some stuff from Watchmaxx not too long ago, but I ran into some issues. Two out of three of my orders ended up being shipped late. One order I placed back on June 6th still hasn't even been shipped as of July 17th. I tried reaching out to Watchmaxx customer service through email a few times, but I was kinda bummed that they didn't apologize for the delays. It seems like Watchmaxx could really use some work on improving their customer service, especially in how they communicate with customers.

    Misleading size charts, rude customer service

    I had a bad experience with ordering a Dainese jacket online because of incorrect size charts. The jacket didn't fit me, so I had to return it. The customer service was really rude and insisted I send it back to the Netherlands, even though it was actually shipped from Germany. I ended up contacting the German sister company, who were much nicer and let me return it to their address. Even after I sent the jacket back, Chromeburner Netherlands purposely delayed refunding me through PayPal. Luckily, PayPal saw what was going on and refunded me. I won't be shopping with them again and I'll warn others about their dishonest practices and terrible customer service.

    I bought a watch strap from this store recently and it didn't go as smoothly as I expected. Even though the website said the strap was in stock, I got an email later saying it was actually out of stock.
