Denim dress, sweater, leather boots, khaki skirt
I've bought stuff from this place a few times and I gotta say, every time has been great. That denim dress with the gold buttons? So beautiful. And the black v-neck sweater with the same gold buttons? Another win. And let me tell you about those black leather knee-high boots and that khaki skirt that caught my eye (thanks to Jeneé Naylor for the suggestion!). The boots are not only comfy but also really cute. Unfortunately, the skirt didn't fit right, so I had to deal with the hassle of requesting a return. It took longer than I expected to get a response to my return, almost a week, which was a little annoying since my past returns went smoother. But even with that small issue, the quality of everything I've bought here has been amazing. I have no doubts about coming back here for more shopping in the future.

The greatest part about this place is how amazing the designs are and how high-quality the clothing is. When you see the items in person, they look just as stylish and well-crafted as they do online. You get that luxury, upscale vibe without spending a ton of money. These pieces are built to last a long time. The shipping time was pretty good, about 10 days, and returns were super easy. Quality clothing with great pricing
I really love shopping at this store because the clothes are such good quality and the prices are reasonable. Unlike some other online stores where you can find cheap stuff but it's not great, the clothes I've gotten here have been better than I expected in terms of both how they feel and how they fit. I especially like how well-made everything is, especially the knits. The prices are another big plus for me, I feel like I'm getting a really good deal for what I'm paying.
Knitted cardigan, hoop earrings, midi dress
The stuff I bought was really high quality, way better than I thought it would be. The earrings are super classy and don't bother my ears at all. The dress looks like it costs a fortune and fits like a glove after a quick tweak. The cardigan is so comfy, but it was a bit too big at first. But the customer service was amazing, they swapped out the big cardigan for one that fits perfectly with no problems at all. I'm totally happy with everything I bought and the service I got.
Late Delivery and No Refund
I was really looking forward to getting my order from this store, but it never came! I waited for almost a month, and when I finally contacted them, they told me my package was messed up. They said they'd give me a refund in 7-15 business days, but I never got it. I've been trying to reach out to them, but they haven't been responding to my emails. It's so annoying!
Purchased multiple unique items
I've been shopping with you guys for about 4 months now and I've picked up a few things from your store. I've been pretty happy with everything I've gotten. But, I do have a suggestion for you. Your delivery options could use some work. It would be awesome if you could start delivering to Hong Kong. Right now, using a warehouse service is pretty annoying when I want to buy stuff from you. Excellent quality and service
I really wish I could give this amazing brand more than just 5 stars. The quality of their clothes is seriously top-notch and the service is just fantastic. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll come to Indonesia soon because I'd love to do all my shopping there. Big shoutout to Bowie Tan for being so sweet and helpful in the live chat. I bought two things, but then I changed my mind and decided I only wanted one of them. So, I reached out to customer service to return the item I didn't want. It took about a week to get the shipping label from them. I sent the unwanted item back, but it's been a whole month now and I still haven't received my refund. I even sent a follow-up email, but no one has responded. I also tried calling, but it just went to voicemail every time.

I ordered something back in March and it's already May, but I still haven't received my stuff. I've tried contacting them three times, but they never got back to me. They've already taken my money and I'm really upset about it. I used to really enjoy their products, but this situation is just really disappointing.

I'll tell ya, I messed up by ordering straight from this brand online and it was a total disaster. Even though I heard some bad things, I still wanted to give them a shot. Boy, was that a mistake! The whole ordering process was awful, and their return policy is a joke. I sent back my stuff weeks ago and still haven't gotten my money back. They make it a real pain to return things, always trying to talk you into keeping them instead. It's so annoying and just not right. Failed refund process
I asked for a refund from this store back on April 7th, and they said it would take 7-15 days to get my money back. I waited for a total of 26 days with no updates or refund, so I had to send several emails to check on it. It wasn't until I kept bugging them that I finally got my refund on May 8th. The whole experience was really annoying and let me down. If a store says they'll give you a refund within a certain time frame, they should stick to it and let you know what's going on.
