Denim dress, sweater, leather boots, khaki skirt
I've bought stuff from this place a few times and I gotta say, every time has been great. That denim dress with the gold buttons? So beautiful. And the black v-neck sweater with the same gold buttons? Another win. And let me tell you about those black leather knee-high boots and that khaki skirt that caught my eye (thanks to Jeneé Naylor for the suggestion!). The boots are not only comfy but also really cute. Unfortunately, the skirt didn't fit right, so I had to deal with the hassle of requesting a return. It took longer than I expected to get a response to my return, almost a week, which was a little annoying since my past returns went smoother. But even with that small issue, the quality of everything I've bought here has been amazing. I have no doubts about coming back here for more shopping in the future.
Chic and High-Quality Fashion
The greatest part about this place is how amazing the designs are and how high-quality the clothing is. When you see the items in person, they look just as stylish and well-crafted as they do online. You get that luxury, upscale vibe without spending a ton of money. These pieces are built to last a long time. The shipping time was pretty good, about 10 days, and returns were super easy. If you're into high fashion but don't want to pay designer prices, this is the spot to check out.
Knitted cardigan, hoop earrings, midi dress
The stuff I bought was really high quality, way better than I thought it would be. The earrings are super classy and don't bother my ears at all. The dress looks like it costs a fortune and fits like a glove after a quick tweak. The cardigan is so comfy, but it was a bit too big at first. But the customer service was amazing, they swapped out the big cardigan for one that fits perfectly with no problems at all. I'm totally happy with everything I bought and the service I got.
Excellent quality and service
I really wish I could give this amazing brand more than just 5 stars. The quality of their clothes is seriously top-notch and the service is just fantastic. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll come to Indonesia soon because I'd love to do all my shopping there. Big shoutout to Bowie Tan for being so sweet and helpful in the live chat. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. You guys are the best! 💕
Purchased multiple unique items
I've been shopping with you guys for about 4 months now and I've picked up a few things from your store. I've been pretty happy with everything I've gotten. But, I do have a suggestion for you. Your delivery options could use some work. It would be awesome if you could start delivering to Hong Kong. Right now, using a warehouse service is pretty annoying when I want to buy stuff from you. Tweed jacket and shorts
The stuff I got from this store is seriously top-notch. I just happened to find it and ended up buying 4 tweed jackets and shorts. They came in fast, and I was really impressed by how nice and well-crafted they are. I'm super happy with my buy, and I can tell these pieces are gonna be in my closet for a long time. I totally suggest this store to anyone in need of great clothes.
Gorgeous quality clothing
I am loving this place for all my clothing needs now! The clothes are top-notch, the quality of the material is beyond stunning, and everything is so well-made. Boot purchase
These boots are amazing, seriously. The quality is top of the line and I can't believe how comfy they are. I normally wear an 8, but grabbed a 9 for my bigger calves and they're just right. The packaging was super secure and it really feels like the company put thought into it. I'm thrilled with my boots and I'll be back for more stuff for sure. Thanks a bunch!
Black jeans and graphic tee
I'm loving this store now! I picked up some black jeans and a really cool graphic tee, and they're both awesome. The clothes are really good quality and the customer service is great. Just wanted to give you a heads up that shipping can take a while, so make sure to plan ahead and know your size before ordering.
Tweed jackets and bags
Urban Revivo always has really nice stuff for good prices. I love how their clothes are trendy but still good quality. I especially like their tweed jackets and bags because they're so stylish and well-made.
Clothing
The clothes I purchased were a gift to my daughter, but items did not fit well. They were small or too revealing. I started the refund process only to be met with obstacles. Urban Revivo needs to significantly improve their return policy. Offering customers a measly discount instead of a full refund for clothing that fits poorly is disgusting. There should never be any questions asked when clothes are being returned in the exact same condition received. As a customer, I should not have to fight for my money back. I will NEVER do business with this scam of a company ever again and neither should you.
