I just bought some skincare stuff from Skinstore and it was a pretty good experience overall. My order got to me real quick and everything was just like they said it would be on the website. I did have a little issue with my order, but the customer service folks were on it right away and got it sorted out. I was happy with how fast they helped me out and it felt like they really care about making sure their customers are happy.

Jewelry purchase
I gotta say, my experience buying jewelry on Tophatter was a little bit of a mixed bag. Some of the pieces were absolutely gorgeous, just like in the pictures, but then there were others that looked super cheap and nothing like what I was expecting. I even got a couple of things that were broken or never even showed up! It's just frustrating not knowing what you're gonna get when you're spending your hard-earned cash. But, I will give credit where credit is due - Tophatter is pretty good about helping out when you have problems with your orders. They make it easy to return stuff and they treat you with respect. Overall, I do like Tophatter, but man, the quality of the sellers and what they're selling can be all over the place.

Cellulite cream and dry brushing tool
I've been giving the cellulite cream and dry brushing tool a try for a few weeks now. I was really intrigued by the promise of reducing those pesky dimples on my skin. The cream smells nice and the brush seems well-made. But, after using them regularly for a month, I haven't really seen much of a difference in my skin. I've been following the directions, applying the cream to my booty and using the brush with the tough bristles like they suggest. I'm gonna keep using them for another month before I decide for sure if they're doing anything. Honestly, I'm a little bummed that I haven't seen more noticeable results by now.

Pro Heel cups for heel pain
I got these Pro Heel cups because my foot doctor told me to, since I was dealing with some heel pain. And let me tell you, they're even better than I expected. They fit just right in all my shoes and even my slippers, giving me some much-needed comfort all day long. The material they're made of is top-notch and seems like it'll last a good while, so I feel good about using them long-term. I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely think anyone else with foot problems should give them a try.

Heated Massaging Pad
I got this heated massaging pad as a gift not too long ago, and boy was I let down by it. The thing just stopped working out of nowhere after only two months. So, I reached out to the company for help, and they were basically like, "Not our problem," and gave me the runaround with a bunch of useless phone numbers. They didn't take any responsibility at all, and that's just not cool. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them ever again.
