Starfleet uniforms and Starfleet Delta communicator pin
I am so impressed by these Star Trek costumes, they are seriously top-notch quality just like the ones on TV! The material is really nice, the stitching is incredibly strong, and the design is spot on for the Starfleet uniforms. The sizes do run a bit small though, so make sure to go up a size or two. I had to exchange mine and the customer service was awesome, they refunded me without any hassle. I also bought the communicator pin and it's not cheap plastic, it's actual metal and the magnet is super strong. If you're a Star Trek fan, you should definitely consider getting these costumes, they are truly out of this world!
Good quality, lightweight, comfortable, non-fading material, great price, multiple orders

The products I got were really top-notch. I bought two Star Trek Captain jumpsuits and two Star Trek Voyager Communicator Badges, and I couldn't be happier with them. The price I paid was a steal for the quality I got. The only hiccup was the shipping time – I paid for 5-7 day shipping, but it took about 3 weeks to get to me. The customer service folks were on it though, and they quickly offered to refund the shipping cost, which was cool of them. Next time, I'll just make sure to order earlier to avoid any shipping surprises.

Star Trek jumpsuit for convention
I just bought a jumpsuit for this convention I was going to and I really needed it to get here on time. I went for the 5-7 day shipping and even though it showed up a little later than I hoped (like 8 days later), it was still not too bad. The jumpsuit looked just like it did in the pictures on the website, so I was happy with how it turned out. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd think about buying from them again down the road.
Damaged helmet
My helmet came in damaged, which really sucked. But the people at the online store's customer service were super great. They helped me out right away when I reached out through their contact form. The person I talked to was really nice and gave me a refund. They even gave me some tips on how I might be able to fix my helmet. Even though there was a problem, I would totally buy from them again in the future.

Halloween costume purchase
I ordered my Halloween costume ages ago but I still haven't gotten any tracking info or updates. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but haven't heard back from anyone. I just hope it's worth the wait since Halloween is right around the corner. I might just end up going to Party City and paying more for a costume there because this place is taking forever.
Cyberpunk 2077 helmet
I got that Cyberpunk 2077 helmet and man, let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment. The plastic was flimsy and smelled terrible, and the package looked like it had been tossed around a lot. It was pretty disappointing, felt like one of those cheap Halloween masks you pick up at Party City and toss after one use. Definitely not cool!
High quality costume, great service
The costume I bought was really nice, but what made it even better was the awesome service I got. I messed up on the size, but the people working there were super helpful and ready to lend a hand. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I just bought a Star Trek uniform shirt from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. The shirt fits me just right and the description was spot on. I was a little worried about the sleeves being too short because I have longer arms, but they ended up being the perfect length. I was really let down by my experience with this company. I ordered something, then wanted to return it later. At first, they said I could send it back once it arrived. But even after several tries to get in touch with them after it was delivered, I didn't hear anything back. Feeling frustrated and out of options, I sent the item back unopened to the sender. But now, I still haven't gotten my money back or heard anything from them. Their lack of responsibility and customer service has really disappointed me. I would advise people to avoid using this company in the future.
Quality costumes
Come on, let's be honest - winter delays can be a real pain. But this seller seriously impressed me. They were so helpful and showed they really cared about my order.
