Electronics
I wasn't super excited about having to write a review, but I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed with the prices and variety on this site. Everything was easy to do, and my order came quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.
Refurbished iPhone purchase
I bought a refurbished iPhone from Decluttr not too long ago, but when it arrived, it was locked. I tried contacting customer service, but couldn't get through because the phone lines were always jammed. The lack of support from them was really irritating, and now I can't even use the phone I bought.
Movies
I really enjoy the wide variety of movies they offer, and it's great that they keep adding new ones. The quality is top-notch, just as they promise, and the shipping is super quick!
Sell old electronics
I had such an easy time selling my old electronics on this site. I got a great deal for them over at Decluttr, and I really liked that they had different ways for me to get paid.
Eight DVDs
I bought eight DVDs from this platform, but I was really bummed when I saw that one of the DVD covers was all messed up. Plus, after watching three of the DVDs, I realized that one of them kept stuttering and I couldn't even use it. It was a total letdown and I was not happy with the quality of the products at all.
CDs purchase
I bought some CDs from this store and they were all in really good condition. Only one of the cases was a little messed up, but the discs were perfect. It was kinda strange how they sent some in one package and others in separate ones, don't you think?
Used media purchase
I was really happy with the music CDs I got from this site - they all looked great! Just a few of them had some small problems with the cases, but the discs themselves were perfect. And the prices were amazing, plus the free shipping was a nice bonus.

Jukebox CDs
Last December, I had some trouble with the website not taking my payment, which was really annoying. At first, I gave it a bad rating because of this. But, after a few tries to pay without changing anything, the problem fixed itself and I could finally make my order. I have to say, I like how they show the CDs on the site, especially the track lists. They have been super useful as I try to fill up my jukebox.

This was my first time buying a laptop from Decluttr and I have to say, I was really impressed. The laptop came in great condition and works perfectly. I really like the quality of their refurbished items and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

I have used DeClutter three times to sell my old electronics, and I've been happy with it every time. It's easy to use and actually works, so I can make some money off stuff I don't need anymore. I'll definitely use it again in the future.

I've had a great experience with Decluttr so far. I found it randomly and I'm really happy I did because it's a great online marketplace. I've only sold stuff on there, but the whole process was easy and smooth. I liked the fair prices they gave me for my things, and how simple it was to complete the transaction.
Received order, no confirmation email
I received my order, but I never got an email saying that it was sent or an order number. One of the items arrived broken, so I couldn't send it back. I attempted to reach out by email and through the website, but I never received a response.
CD purchase
I recently bought some CDs from this site and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the condition they came in. As a collector, it's always a little stressful ordering stuff online, but all the CDs looked awesome and played perfectly. The range of artists they had was pretty impressive and I found some rare gems I'd been hunting for. I was especially stoked to snag a copy of an album from one of my favorite bands, Soul Coughing, to add to my collection. Overall, I had a great time shopping on this site and I'll definitely be coming back for more next time.
Blu-ray purchase
I haven't sold anything on here, but I've bought Blu-rays and they've all been great! Sometimes the cases are a little banged up, but the discs are always in good shape, which is all that matters to me. If they sold just the discs, I'd be totally cool with that.
Phone and media items sold
Decluttr really made decluttering a piece of cake! I sold my old phones and media stuff with no problem at all. All I had to do was throw everything in a box, print out a shipping label, and take it to UPS. So easy! And before I knew it, I had some extra cash in my PayPal account. Thanks to Decluttr, spring cleaning is practically a walk in the park now. Can't wait to use them again in the future!
Music CD purchase
I really enjoy buying music CDs from this website! They have a lot of options to choose from and the prices are really fair. Also, they always have new stuff coming in so I never get tired of seeing the same old thing. The site is really easy to use and my orders always arrive really quickly.
