I was first in line when they opened chat, but multiple tries ended the same: long pauses, then no real answers, sometimes the session just dying after an hour.
    When I finally did talk to a person, the exchange was weird. They acted like I’d never shipped the items and asked for a shipping receipt I was never told to keep. Before I could even explain they then requested the serial number of a laptop that, to my knowledge, was already in their possession. Asking for the serial felt redundant and like they weren’t looking at their own records. I asked how to submit the serial and the rep disconnected the chat. That felt… dismissive.
    There’s no easy phone number listed and email responses are painfully slow, so chat is basically the only live option. I get that things happen, but being stuck with conflicting statuses, a bot-first system, and human reps who don’t seem to have the file in front of them is frustrating. I’m not saying it’s deliberate fraud, just that the experience has been sketchy and inconvenient enough that I regret using them. If you need a quick, reliable payout, this probably won’t meet expectations.

    They did give me credit for the games that were in the same box as the controller, which made it seem even stranger — how do you log the games but miss a controller? I wrote them, and wrote them, and the responses felt robotic, contradictory, sometimes flat-out wrong. After a handful of messages they admitted there was another controller. Great, right? Except they sent me nine dollars for that controller, which is basically controller resale price, not the correction to the Xbox’s value that I expected.     So I kept pushing, three more times, threatening a BBB complaint because I didn’t want to be nickel-and-dimed after they admitted fault. Two weeks of emails and waiting later I finally got the rest of the money. That’s when I knew it was actually resolved.
    Bottom line: it works, but it’s clunky and their customer service is frustrating. The process got me paid eventually, but you’ll need patience and persistence. Not a total scam, not a smooth ride either. If you use them, double-check everything and prepare to follow up.

    Eight DVDs

    I bought eight DVDs from this platform, but I was really bummed when I saw that one of the DVD covers was all messed up. Plus, after watching three of the DVDs, I realized that one of them kept stuttering and I couldn't even use it. It was a total letdown and I was not happy with the quality of the products at all.
