Last December, I had some trouble with the website not taking my payment, which was really annoying. At first, I gave it a bad rating because of this. But, after a few tries to pay without changing anything, the problem fixed itself and I could finally make my order. I have to say, I like how they show the CDs on the site, especially the track lists. They have been super useful as I try to fill up my jukebox.

I've had a great experience with Decluttr so far. I found it randomly and I'm really happy I did because it's a great online marketplace. I've only sold stuff on there, but the whole process was easy and smooth. I liked the fair prices they gave me for my things, and how simple it was to complete the transaction.
Received order, no confirmation email
I received my order, but I never got an email saying that it was sent or an order number. One of the items arrived broken, so I couldn't send it back. I attempted to reach out by email and through the website, but I never received a response.
CD purchase
I recently bought some CDs from this site and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the condition they came in. As a collector, it's always a little stressful ordering stuff online, but all the CDs looked awesome and played perfectly. The range of artists they had was pretty impressive and I found some rare gems I'd been hunting for. I was especially stoked to snag a copy of an album from one of my favorite bands, Soul Coughing, to add to my collection. Blu-ray purchase
I haven't sold anything on here, but I've bought Blu-rays and they've all been great! Sometimes the cases are a little banged up, but the discs are always in good shape, which is all that matters to me. If they sold just the discs, I'd be totally cool with that.
Phone and media items sold
Decluttr really made decluttering a piece of cake! I sold my old phones and media stuff with no problem at all. All I had to do was throw everything in a box, print out a shipping label, and take it to UPS. So easy! And before I knew it, I had some extra cash in my PayPal account. Thanks to Decluttr, spring cleaning is practically a walk in the park now. Can't wait to use them again in the future!

Fast and Convenient selling experience
I loved using Decluttr to get rid of my unwanted media stuff. It was super easy - I just scanned my items with the app, packed them in a box, and used the free UPS label to ship them out. Sure, I might have made a little more money selling things one by one on other sites, but the convenience of selling everything at once to Decluttr was totally worth it. CDs and books
I shipped out a couple boxes packed with CDs and books to Decluttr and things went pretty smoothly overall. The only problem I ran into was not being able to see the 'Welcome Pack' on the iPhone app, but besides that, everything was good. The prices they offered for my stuff were a bit on the low side, which was kind of a bummer, but I guess that's to be expected when you're trying to clear out your stuff and make a quick buck.
CDs, wrong CD
I ordered some CDs recently and you won't believe what happened - one of them was totally the wrong one! Can you believe it? I ordered one by Alfredo Kraus but they sent me one by Maria Callas. Pretty crazy mix-up, right? I didn't bother dealing with returning it or contacting Decluttr about it because I've been glued to Netflix lately. Thankfully, the other four CDs I ordered were correct and they all arrived on time.
Selling my stuff
I really love using this app to sell my old CDs and games! It was super easy to use and I could come back and finish selling my stuff whenever I felt like it. All I had to do was scan, box, and drop off at UPS. And then, yay, money was in my bank account! ?
CD Jewel Case Purchase
When my CD jewel case order from Decluttr arrived, I was bummed to see that the front of the case was cracked right in the middle. The crack was pretty big, and I was worried that the CD inside might be messed up too. Thankfully, the CD was totally fine, so I decided to keep it since it was a rare find and I got a great deal on it. I ended up making a temporary case for it, but it was still a bummer to get something in such rough shape. I know once it's with the shipping carrier, things can get tossed around, but maybe using tougher packaging could help avoid this kind of thing in the future.
Decluttering items from my small room
I just used Decluttr to clear out some stuff from my tiny room. I found their website online and thought why not give it a shot. It was super easy to pick out what to get rid of and ship it off. The whole thing went smoothly, and I will definitely use them again next time.
