Alcohol delivery gift purchase
So, I was just trying to be all cool and send my friend a gift using this delivery service. I thought I had everything sorted - put in the address, ordered the gift, they charged my card, and even confirmed the delivery. I was feeling pretty good about it all. But, nope, not so fast. Turns out, after the delivery was supposed to go down, they hit me up saying they can't deliver to that address. Like, seriously? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother letting my friend know that the delivery wasn't happening. What a hot mess. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Man, I thought I was being all slick signing up for a free trial of this digital magazine subscription, you know? But, I canceled before the free trial was up and they still hit me with over $100! I reached out to them but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack - impossible! Finally got ahold of someone and they claimed they couldn't find my subscription, even though they saw that I canceled. How is that even possible, it's so not cool!

My Airline Experience
I had such a terrible time with my airline! They went and canceled my flight and now I can't even get my money back. Supposedly there are rules saying I should be able to get a refund, but they're not playing by the book. All I want is my money back, not these useless vouchers they're offering. It's just not right that they're holding onto my cash for a flight that never even took off. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this airline!

I had a really good time working with the tech support team at this company. I needed some help with understanding and setting up filters, so I set up a couple of Zoom sessions. The first one was a free 20-minute call for general tech support with Irene. She knew her stuff and was super helpful, but we ran out of time before I could cover everything I needed. So, I decided to schedule two more sessions, this time paying, and both with Daria. Daria blew me away with her skills and how well she communicated. She made learning fun and satisfying, and I was so happy to see my site shaping up just how I wanted it. Now I feel really confident using all the cool features this company offers on my site, knowing that I've got access to such awesome tech support.
