    hassle free process

    Few months back , i got divorced and those times were hard for both of us. We didn't wanted to add more difficulties but the whole process looked so messy. Well complete case helped us a lot. I and my ex-husband filed for the divorce chose the case which matched with most to our reason for divorce. after that there was an interview, where basic questions asked. Once it was done, we wee proceed for divorce. Well it also helped to find and making the right documents, I arranged everything from my hue without needing any attrne or dealing with lengthy completing. I never thought it would be so hassle-free, thanks for sticking with me and helping me out

    The first support specialist I work with was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful.
    He told me that he would be there to help me till the very end which is one of the reasons why I chose to go with this company. However, after I had to make changes which did not get automatically updated that's when I started having an unpleasant experience. I would call only to get yelled at, spoken to sarcastically or was misinformed. I've tried several times to fix the situation by requesting call backs, writing emails and calling many times.
    I finally was told that they have a history of all my changes and that a forms specialist would have to manually make them and I would be notified when it was done. So then I get an email stating that I need to tell them exactly what forms and what changes need to be made on the day my subscription ends and I can't even review the forms unless I pay for another month subscription
