    I have been a client of Vault Health for several months now and I have to say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I first heard about the company, I was intrigued by their innovative approach to health testing and screenings.

    Invalid test kit

    I was pretty frustrated when I logged into my account to use my test kit and found out that it was invalid. I scanned the ID number and the system was like, "Nope," which left me freaking out about what to do next. But then, Briana from customer service was amazing. She was so patient and sweet as she walked me through troubleshooting. We tried everything, but the kit was still showing up as invalid. Briana really stepped up and got her team involved to fix the issue. Thanks to her quick thinking, the kit's ID number was linked to my account and I was able to test that same day. Briana's cool and competent attitude really saved the day, and I'm so thankful for her outstanding service.

    Covid test billing mishap

    My COVID test got charged to my old insurance by mistake, so my claim got denied. But then Vault Health responded super fast and helped me update my insurance info online. They gave me a number to call to fix the billing issue. The call only took 2 minutes, and everyone I talked to was really nice and got things done quickly. I've been super happy with the staff at Vault for helping with sample collection, especially when it's busy. Big thanks to Vault for the amazing service during this crazy time.

    Link trouble, great administrator, smooth test

    At first, it was a struggle to get the online link going. I couldn't find a phone number at first, but after a bit of searching, I finally got in touch with an administrator. From that point on, everything went really smoothly. The administrator was great and the test itself went well. One suggestion I have is to make the instructions a bit simpler, double-check that all the links work correctly, and make it clear where to find the test ID on the box since the site didn't accept the ones we had.

    The COVID-19 test I bought for home use didn't have clear instructions on how to set up a Zoom call for supervised collection. Even after I made an account, I was confused navigating the website - it didn't help at all. But then, I talked to a lady named Amy, and she fixed everything super fast.     Covid test sample inquiry

    I called customer service because my COVID test was taking forever to get to the lab. UPS was no help at all, they kept messing up and giving the wrong info. But then I talked to Cathy, and she really knew her stuff. She told me my sample had finally made it to the lab, but it was messed up from all the delays caused by UPS. Cathy quickly sent me a new kit even though the first one was ruined. I really liked how fast and professional she was in fixing the problem.
