Baby carrier purchase
I just got a baby carrier from this company, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how nice it is. The fabric is soft and strong, so it's comfy for both me and my baby. It's also easy to adjust and doesn't hurt my back or shoulders when I wear it for a long time. Plus, I love all the cool patterns and colors they offer, it makes going out with my little one even more fun.

Customized shoes
I recently got some custom shoes from your company. The design was awesome, but the quality had some problems. There were bits of glue left on the sole, which is no big deal. However, there was a tiny flaw in the canvas, but I didn't mind because I really liked the shoes. The material was strong, but it felt stiffer and made a noise compared to my other shoes. Only wore them twice, and one of the lace holes came loose and there were light marks on the sole like they were from pressure. When I scratched them, they lightened and stayed that way, which I didn't like. Contacted customer service and they helped me return them. Not sure if I'll get a new pair because of the sole issues.
