Unreliable service
I had the worst experience with this company recently. I ordered something and got a confirmation, but the product never showed up. I reached out to customer service through email and phone several times, but couldn't get through to anyone. It was super frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't suggest using this company.

Shipping address change issue
I've used this site before and had a good experience, but this time I ran into a problem with changing my shipping address. Even though I reached out to customer service within 24 hours of placing my order, they didn't update my correct address and my package didn't get sent out on time. Neither customer service nor the delivery service owned up to the mistake.
Issue with delivery address
I had a really bad experience at this store. When I ordered something, I put in my address like they asked on the website. But it turns out, I accidentally used the same address for billing and delivery, so my package went to an old address. Even though I noticed the mistake within a day, I couldn't reach customer service because their phones weren't working. I sent an email to explain, but they didn't update my address before sending out the package. The customer service team and DPD delivery service didn't own up to the mistake, so I had to pay extra to redirect my package to the right address.

Refund issue
I bought something from this company recently, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. The item got here quickly, but getting my money back has been a huge problem. Even though Brother2Brother got the item back, I still haven't gotten my refund. I've emailed them several times, but their customer service hasn't replied at all. What's even worse is that their phone number is down and their website isn't working. This lack of communication and responsiveness is really frustrating and disappointing.
Overshirt purchase
I found this store by chance while searching for a new overshirt, and I'm really happy I did. They had the exact Fred Perry overshirt I was looking for, and on top of that, it was on sale. I ordered it on Boxing Day and was surprised when it arrived just 2 days later. The service and speed of delivery were outstanding, and I'm extremely satisfied with my overall experience. Brother2Brother is now my favorite designer store, and I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future!
