On a gut feeling I bought a top for my partner for Christmas — price was steep and I hesitated, but the photos looked good. When it arrived it was too big, I sent it back and then basically heard nothing. I called the shop dozens of times, emailed, even contacted Klarna and my bank but nobody could—or would—help. That worry I had before buying turned out to be justified. I'm annoyed and out the money, but oddly grateful I won't make the same mistake twice.

hang on to tracking, be persistent, and don't expect quick replies. Kinda infuriating, but I felt better taking action.

That weird relief moment

Pretty cap, weird fading experience

Might still recommend for the look and fit, but go in knowing you could run into this issue.

I had the worst experience with this company recently. I ordered something and got a confirmation, but the product never showed up. Even though I reached out to customer service within 24 hours of placing my order, they didn't update my correct address and my package didn't get sent out on time. Neither customer service nor the delivery service owned up to the mistake.

I had a really bad experience at this store. When I ordered something, I put in my address like they asked on the website. But it turns out, I accidentally used the same address for billing and delivery, so my package went to an old address. Even though I noticed the mistake within a day, I couldn't reach customer service because their phones weren't working. The customer service team and DPD delivery service didn't own up to the mistake, so I had to pay extra to redirect my package to the right address.
