No notification, no scan, nothing. I called and messaged and waited; silence. It's weird because shipping is supposed to make life easier, right? Now I'm nervous to send anything important through them. I'll probably look elsewhere for returns and gifts. A bit disappointed, honestly, and I hate the uncertainty.

Left in limbo after delivery
