Bag purchase from Hong Kong
I didn't realize how easy it could be to buy a bag from Hong Kong until I tried Tiptrans. When I was looking to snag that Anya Hindmarch Universal bag, the prices on eBay were way too high. Thankfully, Tiptrans saved the day with their assisted purchase service. They helped me out with everything from answering my first emails to picking out the best shipping options. There were definitely some choices to be made along the way, but it was totally worth it for the money I ended up saving. I've used similar services in the past, but Tiptrans is now my top choice for buying stuff from Hong Kong, China, and Germany.
International package delivery
My experience with this company was awesome! I ordered a few things from overseas and they got to me in about two weeks, which was pretty reasonable. The service was top-notch, super efficient and professional. They kept me in the loop the whole time on where my packages were at. I loved that they even took pictures of each package as it arrived and bundled them together for me to make delivery easier. The tracking system was a bit iffy at times, but I think that's a problem lots of shipping companies have. All in all, I was really happy with how everything went and I would totally use them again.

Yeah, so I used this service once to get a package from another country, and overall, it was pretty good. Box measurements not as expected
I'm really upset at the moment! I ordered a box from this company and they totally fudged the measurements. On top of that, they removed some choices that would have made my package smaller, just so they could hit me with higher shipping fees. They claimed that there was only one costly shipping option for my country, but that's a lie! My past orders went smoothly, but this time was just awful. I can't even retrieve my items from their warehouse due to the ridiculously high shipping costs. Ugh!
Re-shipping my shopping items

The first time I used this online international shipping service it actually turned out pretty great. However, my main suggestion for improvement would be to give the choice to pre-pay VAT for shipments from the UK to the EU to avoid those high fees from couriers like DPD or DHL.
