Box measurements not as expected
I'm really upset at the moment! I ordered a box from this company and they totally fudged the measurements. On top of that, they removed some choices that would have made my package smaller, just so they could hit me with higher shipping fees. They claimed that there was only one costly shipping option for my country, but that's a lie! My past orders went smoothly, but this time was just awful. I can't even retrieve my items from their warehouse due to the ridiculously high shipping costs. Ugh!
Re-shipping my shopping items
I recently gave this platform a try for the first time, and I was kinda skeptical at first about whether it was legit or not. But I decided to take a risk and it turned out to be really great! So I had to use a parcel delivery service not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. First off, they froze my account with $70 in it for no good reason. And on top of that, they couldn't even manage to send my packages back to the sender. It's just not right, you know? I feel like I got ripped off by these guys. Definitely would not suggest using them to anyone.

The first time I used this online international shipping service it actually turned out pretty great. The website was really easy to use, the pictures of my package were clear and useful, and the prices were fair. I liked that they offer consolidation, but there was a small problem with a broken plastic piece in transit that was an easy fix with some glue. However, my main suggestion for improvement would be to give the choice to pre-pay VAT for shipments from the UK to the EU to avoid those high fees from couriers like DPD or DHL.

Bought a package forwarding service
Yeah, so I used this service once to get a package from another country, and overall, it was pretty good. The only issue was that sometimes it was tough to contact them due to the time difference, but I guess that's not really their fault. Oh, and there were some extra fees that caught me off guard at first. But once I sorted everything out, it was all good. It's not dirt cheap, but it's not super expensive either. I'll probably use them again if I need to. Just need to remember to add funds to my account in advance.
