Flat Export disappointing international shipping
Don't use Flat Export for international shipments, trust me. At first, the price looks good, but once your package crosses into Canada, it's a disaster. No tracking means the person getting it has to go hunt it down at the post office. It's been more than 20 days, and it's probably gone for good with no insurance.
Online shipping platform
Easyship has been a game-changer for our business when it comes to shipping logistics. The platform is super easy to use and works really well with all our online stores, which has made our lives a lot easier. What's really cool about Easyship is that they give us custom rates for each package, which has been super helpful because we ship a lot of weird-shaped stuff. The dashboard is easy to understand and shows us all our shipments, where they are, and when they're getting delivered, so we always know what's happening. Easyship is always making things better for us, like speeding up the insurance claims process, which luckily we hardly ever have to deal with.
Online purchase for shipping
Easyship is terrible. They can't even get their job right and they straight up lie about your shipment status. I mean, come on! It's clear as day that the package hasn't even been shipped but they act like it's already on its way. Do not rely on them for your shipping stuff, they're super sketchy!

Using that online shipping platform was a total headache. The instructions they gave me every step of the way were so confusing and not helpful at all. It's frustrating that even though the platform could be awesome, the fact that there's no customer service makes it disappointing. It's a bummer to see a platform with so much potential end up letting customers down like that.

I ordered something online and it took forever to arrive! I was getting so frustrated after waiting almost 3 months for it. But luckily, I talked to this amazing person who was really helpful and gave me some awesome advice. They made sure everything was sorted out and followed up with me. I wish I had reached out to them earlier! I would definitely recommend them for a promotion because they were the best person I talked to during the whole process.

Wrong credit card charge
Easyship charged the wrong credit card so I reached out to customer service via email. They sent me a generic response with screenshots, but when I followed up, I didn't get a response. I tried calling but got sent through an advertising loop. I don't trust this company at all!

EasyShip saved my life during my Kickstarter campaign. I had about 900 orders to manage and EasyShip came through for me. Their platform is super user-friendly, packed with useful features, and customizable. Chris, my main connection at EasyShip, was amazingly helpful and always there when I needed him. Importing all my contacts and addresses straight from my Kickstarter files was a huge time-saver. Shipping, especially for international orders, was a piece of cake. All in all, it was an incredible experience.

Fast delivery with extra fees
I recently bought something online and paid extra for faster shipping, expecting it to arrive within 5-8 business days. But the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Even with the extra money I spent, I had problems with tracking updates and the delivery got delayed. On top of that, the confirmation email didn't have a clear contact email for questions, so I had to dig around in other comments to find the customer service info, which was hidden on the website as help@easyship.com. I really hope they get back to me soon to fix this mess.
Signed up, too many calls and emails
I signed up for this thing and now they keep calling and emailing me nonstop. It's really irritating, like why won't they just give me a break? I feel like they're harassing me. Ugh.
Online purchase shipping experience
I recently used a shipping service for an online purchase, and let me tell you, the tracking system was really terrible. There were big gaps in the tracking info, and the updates took way too long. I basically had no idea where my package was most of the time, which was super annoying. This whole tracking situation has made me not want to use this shipping service again, especially for buying stuff from the same seller. My package was sent out on January 16 from Texas to Canada, and it still hasn't shown up. It's just left me feeling unsure and irritated. If I had a say, I wouldn't recommend this carrier or their tracking system at all. If I could, I'd give them zero stars for sure.

BackerKit integration
I really like using this platform overall. The customer support is super fast, and the shipping rules are super handy once you set them up right. However, there's one big problem I keep running into with American zip codes imported from BackerKit. The platform doesn't recognize zip codes with hyphens, like 12345-6789, which are pretty common in the US. So every time I need to tweak a shipment, I have to manually change the zip code field and delete the numbers after the hyphen to avoid any issues and get the package through. It's a hassle and leaves room for mistakes when editing addresses. It would be so much better for users if this problem could get fixed soon.
