Protein powder
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I've noticed a big drop in the quality and consistency of the products since the company was bought out by a bigger corporation. The customer service has taken a hit too, making it hard to get the help and info I used to get easily. The products just aren't up to the standards they used to be, and it seems like they're cutting corners by not being open about their data. Sadly, I can't rely on their items anymore and have switched to brands that care more about customer happiness and top-notch products.

The website was down for hours, so I couldn't even check out. The customer support chat box was super slow. And to top it off, they added extra years to the terms without asking. How are you gonna sell domain space with your own crappy domain? Definitely steer clear of this one!

Slam iPhone X case
I bought the Slam iPhone X case from this company towards the end of last year. Unfortunately, after only a few months of using it lightly, I started noticing cracks on the clear plastic part of the case. I was worried that this would affect how well the case protected my phone. So, I decided to take advantage of the warranty and filed a claim on their website. The process was simple and once they confirmed the issue with my images, they promptly sent me a new case. I really value a company that stands behind their products and takes care of any problems that arise.

Custom packaging for startup
As a small startup with not a lot of resources, we really needed some custom packaging for our new product. We got in touch with Emenac and Natasha totally went out of her way to get what we needed. She was super on top of everything and made sure we ended up with packaging that was just right for our product launch. The final result was amazing and we're beyond happy with how it turned out. Two bathing suits
NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! Will I order here again!!! I had high hopes that my bathing suits would be great. Unfortunately, it was a mishap before it even came. I paid express delivery which was $18 (3-7 working days) for my two swim suits with a grand total of $76. I didn’t receive suits until 1 1/2 month later. When I contacted customer service, they only gave me refund for $9 dollars not to mention giving me a different tracking number for another shipped item because the first one was lost in shipping somehow. When I finally received my swim suits, the items were cheaply made and disproportionate! I’m disappointed but I’m afraid to even return this to get refund... cause I may end up with nothing in return. This is warning to everyone!!! Better off buying from cupshe which is base out of LA instead of China. Items are the same but different designs!
