New glasses purchase
I bought some glasses recently and dang, my package got held up for a whole week! But when I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful and said they'd make me a new pair for free. I was blown away by how fast they moved to fix things. The very next day, I got an email saying my package was on its way and would be here the day after. Their commitment to solving the problem ASAP was seriously impressive. I gotta say, I'm really happy with the customer service I got.
Polarized Sunglasses
I've bought polarized sunglasses from this store a few times and have usually been happy with what I got and how I was treated. But this time, I was bummed to learn that they were out of the frame I was eyeing and wouldn't be getting more in stock. That was a real bummer for me because I really had my heart set on that specific design. I kinda wish the store was better at keeping track of what they have so customers don't end up disappointed like I did.
Recent eyeglasses order
I bought some new glasses at this store not too long ago, but there was a mistake with the prescription. Luckily, the customer service was really great. They fixed the issue quickly by talking to the boss and gave me new glasses with the right prescription for free. I was really impressed with how they cared about making me happy. Stylish glasses
As someone who was buying from them for the first time, I was kind of nervous after seeing some bad reviews. But I was totally shocked when I got the cool glasses I ordered and they looked great on me! They were really top-notch quality and I couldn't be happier with what I got. Everything went super smoothly and I even got my order quicker than I thought. All in all, Sllac really impressed me and I’ll for sure be back for more shopping in the future.
Unreceived orders, refund struggle
I've ordered from this company two times now and both times my items never showed up. When I tried to contact customer service, they acted like it was no big deal and didn't take my missing orders seriously at all. I had to resort to bad-mouthing them just to get a refund for one of the orders. It's been three months and I'm still fighting to get my money back for the second order. Watch out before you decide to buy from them, because dealing with their lack of care has been a total nightmare.
Eyewear purchase
I've been loyal to this one brand of glasses for a while, but recently I gave a new company, Sllac, a shot. I was really impressed by the way the glasses looked and felt when I got them. They were stylish, sturdy, and the lenses were top-notch. I think I might buy from Sllac again next time I need glasses.
Recent purchases including reading glasses and antiblue glasses
I just bought two things from this company. First, I got some reading glasses about two years ago, and then I got some anti-blue light glasses about three months back. Each time, the stuff showed up really quickly and it was high quality. The reading glasses are still in good shape after all this time, and the anti-blue light ones have really helped with my digital eye strain. Now I'm excited for my next order, a new pair of frames called Prob.
Brown tinted glasses purchase
I just bought some brown tinted glasses from this company, and I chose a medium brown tint (50%). But when I got the glasses, I was surprised to see that they were even darker than the dark brown tint (80%) glasses I had bought from them before. It's kinda confusing how a 50% tint could be darker than an 80% tint. Even though this mix-up was a letdown, I have to admit that my overall experience with this company has been pretty good.

I've been coming to this place for over a year now, and I gotta say, my glasses have been perfect! They have a huge selection, top-notch quality, and amazing customer service. Eyeglasses frame measurements
I just bought some new glasses from this store and they had some really detailed frame measurements for each pair. It made it a lot easier to find a pair that fits my face just right. But, the glasses kept slipping down my nose whenever I looked down, so I had to keep pushing them back up. Next time, I think I'll try glasses with nose pads to see if that helps with the slipping issue.

The glasses I got from here weren't quite what I was expecting. I thought they were all black, but there was this surprise red part on the temples. It would have been nice if the product pictures had shown that so I could have known before I made my purchase.
