My order today
Today I ordered something and made a little mistake on my end. I forgot to provide some important information, but the company quickly reached out to clarify things. They even called to inform me that the recipient's location doesn't allow balloons. They offered to either give me a refund or include more flowers to make up for it. They also kept me updated by letting me know once the order was delivered and the recipient loved it. The flowers looked beautiful as well! Overall, I had a great experience talking to them on the phone and via email. They were always very responsive and friendly.

Wrong item received
Man, I ordered this really cool thing and they totally messed up my order. Can you believe it? They had the nerve to tell me I had to send back the wrong item before they would send me the right one! Like, seriously? I had to deal with the whole post office situation and all that nonsense. And on top of that, they wanted me to reorder the correct item from their website. No way! It was such a struggle just to get them to realize their mistake. Their customer service is a complete joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

My experience with this wine subscription service has been pretty frustrating, to be honest. My husband really likes the wines they pick, but it's such a pain to either go to FedEx Office to grab the box or sit around at home all day waiting for it to arrive. And seriously, needing an adult to sign for the delivery feels so old-fashioned, especially with all the mistakes they keep making. I really hope they come up with a better way to do things soon.

I just love all the gorgeous jewelry at this store. Every piece I've bought from them has made me feel like a shining star and I've gotten so many compliments. I had a really bad time shopping online with this company. I ordered some stuff and paid extra for fast shipping, but my package never showed up. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't give me a refund or even acknowledge that the courier tried to deliver it. So now I'm stuck without my stuff and out of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to order from them unless they live in Spain. I can't say how they are there, but my experience was definitely disappointing.

I bought something after seeing recommendations from influencers on Feb 20th. But I haven't gotten any updates on my order since then. I sent an email on Feb 27th asking about it, but I haven't heard back yet. It's pretty frustrating how this company is handling things. Easy, intuitive, and quick backup software
The backup software is pretty easy to use and gets the job done well, but I'm a little confused about the difference between system backup and disk backup. It backs up my stuff quickly and finds network drives without any problem, which is nice. The free version works just fine for what I need.

Streamlined workspace
Shift has totally changed how I work by getting rid of the need for so many browsers and tabs. I used to have a crazy setup with three different browsers open on three screens, each with like 20 tabs. It was a total mess and finding anything was a nightmare. Nasal dilator
I have chronic sinusitis, and when I lay down it makes my congestion worse, which really blocks up my nose. I've tried out a bunch of stuff to help me breathe better, like those strips you put on your nose and those little doodads that go inside, but I always ran into problems like skin irritation or the strips not sticking right, or the internal thingies being uncomfortable and giving me sore spots. But then I tried Nozovent, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. It opens up my nasal passages like a dream without any discomfort or irritation. I've been using it for years now, and I can't even think about going back to some other product.
