Urgent dress purchase
I was in a pinch and really needed a particular dress. I decided to hit up CSD on Instagram. They got back to me fast and even stayed late at the store so I could come in and buy the dress. David, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Their top-notch customer service and awesome dress options totally saved me!
Dream bag ordeal
I just bought this amazing bag that got sent back to the company because of customs in Germany. But let me tell you, the guy I talked to, David, was so awesome and really went out of his way to help me get my hands on that bag. He was with me the whole time, giving me ideas and support when I thought about canceling my order. In the end, I not only got my dream bag but also had a fantastic customer service thanks to David. This whole thing really made me trust the company again after the customs mess. I'll definitely think about ordering from them again. I totally recommend them!
Designer items, fantastic prices
The store has so many cool designer things, and they're all priced super well. Sophie, the lady helping me out, was awesome. She knew her stuff, paid attention to what I wanted, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had a really great time shopping and I can't wait to go back and shop with Sophie again. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy, and I appreciate her so much for that.
Bought cute dress
I found the absolute cutest dress for the event I have coming up, and Paridhi was so nice and really helpful. Both of the girls working there were so friendly too. Thank you a bunch, I'm totally in love with my new dress!
Delayed payments
CSD really needs to step up their game when it comes to paying sellers. It took way too long for me to get paid for the stuff I sold, and it seems like they have some serious problems with their accounting and customer service. I was patient at first, thinking maybe they were just getting a new system in place. But when I had to threaten a bad review just to get them to do something, I knew it was a problem. Even then, getting paid was a slow and frustrating process. It's annoying to have to keep bugging them for money that I earned fair and square. Their lack of communication and transparency is just not okay.
Summer bag
I bought a summer bag from CSD the other day, but it was taking forever for my order to get processed. I DM'd them on Instagram and David really came through for me by putting a rush on my order. It got shipped out that same day and was at my door within 24 hours. David even checked in with me afterwards to make sure everything arrived okay. Huge thanks to David for being so on top of things and giving me such awesome customer service!
Online purchase with inquiry about dustbag and box
I recently bought something online and had a question about how it was packaged. I messaged their customer service team on Instagram and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful assistant David was. Then I called the Marylebone store and the sales assistant, who had an Australian accent, went out of their way to make sure my item would come with a LV dustbag. Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got and liked that the store has competitive prices. It's nice to find a secondhand store that not only has good stuff but also treats customers well. I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Consignment of 3 items
So, CSD seems to be good at holding onto stuff, but not so good at actually selling it for the folks they're supposed to. I dropped off three things to sell there about a year back, and still haven't heard anything about them being sold. When I finally got in touch to ask about getting my stuff back, all I got were excuses and delays. It's like they just conveniently forget about you once they have your things. Long story short - be careful if you want to consign with them, better to try somewhere else.
Shoes
As a newbie at CSD, I was super happy with the shoes I got. They looked great and came in perfect condition, in their original box. The price was awesome for the quality I got, and I appreciate how nice they looked when they arrived. My whole experience with CSD went above and beyond what I expected, so I definitely suggest them to anyone looking for cool shoes.
Various products for my home
The store had a really good variety of stuff for my house, and everything was laid out nice and tidy. The workers were super helpful and knew their stuff, which made my shopping trip even better. I gotta give a shoutout to the person who helped me out, their name was Ekin Paraidhi. Thanks for being so awesome!

Vintage bag purchase
I came across this really cute vintage bag online and I just couldn't resist buying it. But when it showed up at my door, it looked totally different from the photos. I was pretty bummed out, so I made the decision to send it back. It's been a whole month now and I still haven't seen a refund in my account. I've been emailing with them back and forth, and all they keep saying is that the finance team has done their part, but I'm left wondering - where's my money?
Product delivery service
I was really impressed with the service I got from the delivery guy. He really went out of his way to make sure I got my product on time. I really appreciated his kindness and how dedicated he was to his job. It's not often you find such amazing service these days, so I'm really thankful for the extra effort he put in. Because of this great experience, I'll definitely be back as a customer in the future.

Alexander McQueen trainers consignment
I recently sold my Alexander McQueen trainers with the original shoe box and dust bag to this place. Unfortunately, after a few months, they were unable to sell them and I asked for them to be sent back to me. When the package arrived, it only had the trainers, no box or other items. I reached out to them on May 13th about the issue, but even after sending multiple follow-up emails, all I got were promises to reply by the next Monday or that day, which never happened. The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns is not okay. If you're thinking about selling with them, I suggest looking into other options for selling your used designer items.
Blouse purchase
I just bought a blouse from this store, and to my surprise, the scarf that was supposed to come with it was missing. I gave the store a call, and a super helpful lady went out of her way to find the missing scarf and get it sent to me in just two days. Their customer service was top-notch, and I was really impressed. I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future.
Jimmy Choo boots
I just bought a pair of boots from this place and man, they got to me super fast and were in awesome shape. They looked almost new! Had a little trouble placing my order at first, but James in customer service totally saved the day. He not only helped me out but also followed up to make sure everything was going well. Gift shopping for daughter
My trip to the store was great! The salesperson was so nice and really helped us find some cool stuff without being too salesy. She really listened to what we like and was super patient while we tried things on. Lost item, refunded
I lost something because of Royal Mail messing up, but Farouk in the warehouse was super nice, helpful, and understanding when it came to getting me a refund. Even though Royal Mail was taking forever, Farouk really went out of his way to help me. Their customer service is top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Designer handbag purchase
