Custom-fit car mats
I bought these custom car mats from this company, but I wasn't too happy with them. They were a bit short and not quite wide enough for my 2002 Eurovan, and the color was off from what I expected based on the website. Honestly, I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. On the bright side, though, the customer service was top-notch. They were really quick to respond, asked for pictures of the problem, and ended up giving me a refund.
Window weathershields
The window weathershields I ordered got here super fast, in just 5 days all the way from Australia to New Zealand. They fit my car like a glove and were a breeze to put on. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth sailing. I'm really happy with my purchase and how everything went.
Floor Mats for 2004 Lexus RX330 and 1999 Camry LE
Everything about this transaction was smoothly ideal. No hassles. No problems. Just beautiful tailor-made floor mats for my two vehicles at a price that can't be beat AND THEN shipped to me at no additional cost. The hardest part was choosing red or yellow thread for the edging.
Custom-made car boot mat
I was really happy with how well we communicated and the quality of the product. It did take a little longer for the shipping, but I get that it was custom-made. The car boot mat fits great in my car, and I'm super pleased with it. Overall, I'm a really happy customer.
Floor mats for luxury vehicle.
I bought some floor mats for my fancy car from Fitmycar not too long ago. The whole ordering thing took a little longer than I hoped, and they ended up sending me the wrong product at first. But they owned up to the mistake and eventually got me the right mat. When I finally got the corrected one, I noticed the stitching wasn't right - some parts had red thread, while others had grey, which wasn't what I asked for.
Seat covers purchase
I recently bought some seat covers online, but I had to wait longer than expected to get them. I contacted customer service a few times and they gave me different reasons for the delays. When I finally got the seat covers, they were just okay, nothing special.
Floor mats for 2011 impala
Mats fit fine but slide around uncontrollably. After about 3 months they started to form where ever it slid to. After that they look pretty bad. I would not order again. They have never gotten wet or muddy but the quality isn't there. Not worth the price.

Great product. Better that original. Did not realize came from Australia but once shipped came pretty fast. Even got left hand vs right hand drive correct.

Steering wheel cover purchase
I just bought a steering wheel cover from this company and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. It took forever for the product to arrive, and when it finally did, it stank like burning rubber - it was revolting. The smell was so bad that it made us sick, we had to leave it outside to try and get rid of the stench. Even after airing it out, the odor stuck around for days so we ended up getting rid of the cover altogether. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company to anyone.
Floor mats purchase
The floor mats I bought were such a waste of money. They didn't fit my car like they were supposed to, and the quality was just terrible. Trying to return them was a hassle. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from that company.
Bumper protector
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I made sure to call ahead before ordering to double-check that the bumper protector I wanted would keep my car safe in a parking garage. They told me it would, but it ended up not being as good as they said. It didn't even properly fit my car, and the quality was pretty disappointing.
Late Order
I ordered a car cover and paid half the money. It's been a month and I still haven't received the car cover, and there's no record of my order in the system. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for an update but no luck. I'm thinking about taking this issue to the ombudsman.
Mats purchase for 2017 Honda Accord Sport LX
I just got some mats for my 2017 Honda Accord Sport LX from this company. At first, the mats didn't fit quite right, but when I called customer service, they sent me new ones that fit perfectly. But then, a few weeks later, I had trouble with the plastic grommets that hold the mats down. Even after trying to fix them, the mats wouldn't stay in place. I contacted customer service again and asked for a refund. They offered to replace the plastic pieces instead. Overall, while they fixed the initial fitting problem, the ongoing issue with the grommets was pretty disappointing.
Floormats for Ford Transit
I tried to buy some floormats for my Ford Transit from this company, but man, it was a mess. They kept saying the mats were coming, but I waited for weeks in silence. When I finally asked for an update, they just gave more empty promises that never happened. It was so annoying and aggravating that I ended up canceling my order out of pure frustration. Their lack of follow-through really let me down and I was left feeling super disappointed with the whole thing.
Terrible customer service
I gotta say, dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare. They couldn't give me any useful info about their products and didn't have a clue about what would fit my car. They just didn't seem to know what they were doing or how to help out. So, it's safe to say I won't be buying anything from them.
Dash Mat Purchase
I just bought a dash mat from this company and I gotta say, I was super let down by it. Looked like it was cut by hand with some scissors and there was no stitching on the edges, so it started falling apart as soon as I took it out of the package. Tried reaching out to customer service, but turns out they're overseas and weren't any help. All in all, really bad quality and a frustrating experience.
Car floor mats
My experience with fitmycar was a letdown. The car floor mats I got were not up to par - flimsy carpet and holes that were torn. Plus, it took forever, like over a month, for my order to show up, which is just not cool.
