Quick delivery, pleased with tires
The tires got to me sooner than I thought, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was really pleased with the quality of the tires and the service I got from the folks over at RPM Automotive in Dover, Delaware. I gotta give a big shoutout to Chris at RPM and also to Tire Rack for doing such a great job!
Tire delivery to local shop
I got my tires online and had them sent straight to my local shop for them to put on. It was super fast and simple, and they got it done the very next day. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.

Quick delivery to local installer
I just got some tires from Tirerack and man, they showed up super fast at the shop where I got them installed. Took only 2 days for me to have them on my car and good to roll. The only extra thing I had to do was get the TPMS sensors set up in the right spots since my car's a little old school and you can't program them from the dashboard.

I bought a set of 215/55R-17 tires online. When they arrived, I saw that both tires had scuffs and damage. The seller said it happened during shipping, but I think it happened before. I had to start a claim with PayPal to get it sorted out. I wasn't happy with how the tires looked when they arrived and the seller's explanation wasn't satisfying.

Oh my gosh, my order arrived really quickly! I believe there's a location nearby where they store all the items, which is probably why it came early. I sometimes even go there to pick up my new tires because it's so close.
