    Jaguar car repair

    Don't waste your time with this company for car repairs! They worked on my brother's car and ended up stealing a part from it. The people they send out to do the work can't be trusted, so you have to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't take anything from your car. The manager even admitted that this has happened before, but they won't do anything unless you have proof. After the technician left, my brother's Jaguar completely stopped working, even though it just needed a new battery. We showed them pictures of the missing engine control module, but they still refused to admit fault. The customer service reps didn't help at all, and the manager's response was dismissive. They didn't offer any reimbursement for the money my brother spent on reprogramming keys and Ubers while his car was out of commission. Steer clear of this company, they're bad news!

I keep telling them I'll take them to court, but they just hang up on me. It's such a mess!

    I just had my car serviced here and man, I gotta say, it was a huge letdown. The guys working on it didn't pay any attention to what I was worried about and just kept pushing extra stuff I didn't really need. I swear, it felt like they were trying to scam me, like some shady quick lube joint. I definitely wouldn't suggest taking your car there, especially if it's an older one that needs some work. Plus, they were super late for my appointment and super rude when I tried to say something about it. And get this, when I told them I wasn't happy with their job, they straight up hung up on me! The whole experience was a disaster and now I wish I never went there at all.

    AC repair service

    I used this service for fixing my AC recently and I gotta say, I was really let down by the whole thing. They came out fast to check it out, but they didn't really figure out what was really wrong. A week later, the same problem popped up again, showing me that their first fix wasn't all that great. I tried reaching out to customer support for some help, but I haven't heard a peep back from them. With the shoddy work they did and the terrible customer service, I'm just feeling so annoyed and disappointed. I wouldn't suggest using this service to anyone.

    Appointment for car battery replacement

    At 3:30 in the afternoon, I called for an update. I was disappointed when they told me they had to cancel the appointment and didn't offer any other options. Because of this, it was too late for me to find another service provider and my family and I couldn't spend Christmas together. In general, the customer service was awful and the prices were way too high.

    I gotta tell you, I had a terrible experience with this car repair service I used recently. The guy who showed up to work on my car didn't even really figure out what was wrong with it. He just took a quick look, didn't bother to fully check things out, and then left without doing anything. And to top it all off, I got hit with a charge for a diagnostic check, even though he didn't really do any work. It was such a waste of my time and money, and I'm so let down by the service I got.

    I hired a technician to replace my car's starter because it was having trouble starting. Unfortunately, after 5 hours of work, the same issue persisted. The technician claimed to have replaced the starter, but that did not resolve the problem, and he was unsure of the actual issue. I paid $800 for a service that did not fix my car and resulted in new engine issues that were not there before. To make matters worse, I caught the technician watching inappropriate content on the job. I have reached out to customer service for help, but I have been ignored. Overall, a terrible experience and I would not recommend using this service.

    I had made an appointment with a mobile car repair service because my car wouldn't start. I made sure to tell them that my car was in a parking garage. When the technician showed up in a big van, he seemed upset to find my car in the garage. Even though I told him the battery was dead, he still tried to jump start it, which only made things worse. He was really unprofessional the whole time and ended up canceling the appointment without fixing the problem. It was a really bad customer service experience.

    I recently had to schedule a replacement for my spark plug and coil in my car because it was throwing misfiring codes. I made sure the technicians were certified, but the service I got was really disappointing. On the day of the appointment, the technician, JOEL, didn't seem to know much about my Mercedes and didn't have the right tools for the job. He struggled the whole time and even ended up putting a part in the wrong way, making my car have more issues. This level of incompetence is not okay, especially with a fancy car like mine. Repair Smith's service really let me down, and I wish I had never contacted them.

In the end, the repair was done just the way I wanted and I would definitely suggest RepairSmith because of their dependable and easy services.

    Diagnostic services for older vehicle

    I recently took my old 2003 vehicle to RepairSmith for diagnostics. Denzel, the technician, was great. He was really patient and went the extra mile to figure out what was wrong with my car. If RepairSmith also did repairs, I would have definitely had them fix my car. But I had to go with a different company for that. Still, I would totally recommend RepairSmith to anyone who needs automotive help.

A mechanic named Carlos Carranza showed up to swap it out, but he ran into an unexpected problem that made it impossible for him to finish the job. Despite the hiccup, I was really impressed by Carlos' professionalism and his determination to find a solution. He was upfront with me about the issue and didn't charge me for the visit, even though he had already put in some work. I was truly grateful for his honesty and how dedicated he was to his job. Overall, even though my car wasn't fixed, I had a good experience with RepairSmith and would definitely consider using their service again in the future.

    I was really happy with the level of service I got from RepairSmith. I gotta admit, at first, I was kinda doubting if they were just another online referral thing, but they totally proved me wrong. The techs showed up right on time, with all their gear, and really knew their stuff. I was super impressed by the work they did and how professional they were. I definitely won't be going back to a dealership for service after this. Their pricing was fair, the warranty was solid, and having them come to you is just unbeatable in terms of convenience. It was obvious these techs knew their way around a Mercedes-Benz, which made me feel good about their skills. No wonder they're taking on the traditional dealerships. I thought it was funny that some folks left negative reviews, 'cause my experience was absolutely positive. All in all, RepairSmith was awesome and I'd totally recommend their service to anyone.

    I recently had my car inspected by this company and it was a huge letdown. They told me everything was fine, but the next day my car wouldn't start. When I called them, they said I needed to schedule another inspection. I was frustrated and didn't trust them, so I went to another company. Turns out my car needed a new battery and brake fluid change, things that were missed during the first inspection. I was really surprised and disappointed by their mistakes. I don't recommend trusting this company with your time and money.

    I was kinda unsure about using a mechanic that comes to you, but man, I'm really glad I did! Dylan was super professional, showed up on time, and quickly figured out and fixed my coolant system problem. It all went really smoothly, and not having to leave my car at a shop was a big bonus. I decided to go with the AFFIRM financing option, which made paying a breeze. Dylan's work was fantastic, and I felt good knowing there was a 12-month warranty. All in all, it was a great experience and I can definitely recommend their services.

    Smart Car repair

    I was lucky to have Chase as my mechanic, and I am so thankful for his knowledge and professionalism. My little Smart Car had been sitting for 2 years, and I thought the electric battery was the problem, which would have been expensive. But Chase figured it out quickly and discovered it was just the other battery that needed to be replaced. He fixed it fast, and now all my car needs is a good wash and some registration.
