Speakers and amplifiers
I just bought some speakers and amps from this company, and I gotta say, I am super happy with how they sound and work. The speakers are 6.5 inches, 500 watts, 4 ohms, and they sound just like they said they would - great quality and powerful. The FRX2K and FRX2.5K amps also meet RMS standards and pump out awesome sound.

Subscription price increase and unethical refund policy
My subscription cost has gone up three times in the last few years, and that's really worrying to me. On top of that, the company took advantage of the COVID situation by limiting refunds to just 30 days, no matter what. That doesn't seem right to me, especially since the pandemic has hit a lot of businesses hard, mine included. So, I've made up my mind not to deal with this company anymore. There are plenty of other remote access choices out there that are way more affordable.

My experience with surveys
Man, I enjoy doing surveys that actually work. It's cool to be able to give my thoughts and all that. But man, it's really irritating when I spend like three or four minutes answering questions, only for the survey to tell me I don't qualify. What a waste of my time! And let's not even talk about those surveys that freeze and make me cancel them. That's just so annoying!

Misleading shipping practices
This company is saying they have warehouses everywhere for easy shipping, but the truth is all their stuff is really coming from China. It's so hard to try to get a refund or exchange something. My order came in the wrong size and color, and they didn't want to give me my money back or send me the right item.

Ottoman purchase
Watch out when ordering the Yolanda Upholstered ottoman because the dimensions on the diagram are all wrong. The width is really 24 inches, not 16 like it shows. Luckily, I saw this mistake before I made the order, all thanks to paying close attention. My husband talked me into going forward with the purchase, and I'm so glad I did. Plus, getting swatches of the fabric made it easy to find the perfect match for my carpet. I seriously adore the ottoman!

Diagnostic services for older vehicle
I recently took my old 2003 vehicle to RepairSmith for diagnostics. Denzel, the technician, was great. He was really patient and went the extra mile to figure out what was wrong with my car. If RepairSmith also did repairs, I would have definitely had them fix my car. But I had to go with a different company for that. Still, I would totally recommend RepairSmith to anyone who needs automotive help.

I was freaking out because I thought I messed up the booking and I wanted it to be a surprise. I was running out of time and needed help ASAP. Swim goggles purchase
I just got some swim goggles from Swiminn and let me tell you, I am super happy with them. Got 'em real quick and the service was top-notch.
