Swim gear purchase
I recently ordered some swim gear from Swiminn and I have to say, it was exactly what I was looking for. At first, I was a little worried because it took longer than I expected for the delivery to get to me, but I realized it wasn't the company's fault. I placed my order on December 8th and didn't get the package until January 19th, all the way from Spain to Croatia. Big shoutout to EU Post for coming through!
Swim goggles purchase
I just got some swim goggles from Swiminn and let me tell you, I am super happy with them. Got 'em real quick and the service was top-notch. Been using them for a bit now and hands down, they're the best goggles I've ever had. Perfect fit, no fogging up, and super strong. I've stuck with the same brand of goggles for ages, but these are seriously next level.

I found this store completely by chance when I was looking for goggles that were all sold out everywhere else. The prices are just incredible, and they have a huge selection of products for all the sports I love. I used to always check out the big name stores first, but now this place is my number one go-to spot.

I'm a loyal customer and I gotta say, Swiminn always has the best deals on swim gear, even after you factor in shipping. Their stuff is top-notch and brand new, so it's a no-brainer for me to keep shopping with them. Plus, their delivery is super speedy, so I always get my stuff right on time.
Quick delivery, good quality, low price
The delivery came super fast and the item was top-notch quality. I was so happy to see that the price was way lower than what I would've paid at stores in Denmark. I'm totally happy with my purchase and will definitely be telling my friends and family about this awesome webshop.
"Used" wetsuit purchase
I recently bought a wetsuit from SwimInn and man, I was super let down by the whole thing. The wetsuit I got was definitely not new – it was all dusty, crinkled, and even had writing inside. Like, what gives? I dropped a good amount of cash on this thing and it came all beat up. When I tried to return it, it was a total hassle. SwimInn told me they had to wait for the manufacturer to decide if it was covered by warranty or repair before they could give me my money back, even though they shipped me a used wetsuit in the first place. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer, so I'm definitely not shopping there again.

Expected delivery was supposed to be in 3 days, now more than 2 weeks have passed, order tracking is not working and after dozens of attempts to contact customer service (no way to communicate to a person, only with their stupid bots) they are unable to provide any information about the status of my order. These guys are real crooks!

EVEN WORSE than TERRIBLE
UPDATE: For anyone considering buying from Swiminn (or there associated websites e.h Runinn etc) DON'T. After responding to my review (below) they have done NOTHING. Told me they will follow it up with DHL but it's been another month and NOT A WORD or even a response to my request for and update. So just wanted to look good on here for anyone reading. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! Terrible communication and systems. I have wasted over $100 (including $s I paid to them to lodge a return in THEIR system which then has lost it). DON'T TRUST OR USE. SHOULD BE BANNED. TERRIBLE!
INITIAL POST:
Would be no stars if an option. I had to return one item in an order - did it via their online system (you pay for postage and print the label it produces), dropped it at DHL as instructed and to date it's been 4 months and still showing 'in transit' (expected delivery 3-4 weeks). Swiminn customer service has been no help at all. Even called and they asked me to email and still no response. Appalling. Never use if you might need to return something from Australia. Misleading also as it comes up in Aust based searches and they advertise an Australian number for orders but beware - it's just a call centre and I've only ever reached someone who doesn't speak English. I ordered this product at a great price on a Friday - Monday I get notice it's not in stock. They refused to send a replacement suit that would be the same, but in a different color as cost was greater for them. Not my fault that they are not able to fulfil the order I purchased - tried to offer a much lower kneeskin suit in a different brand as options.
Estafas en devolucion
Hacen las estafas de devolucion.
He comprado las palas de natacion. Precio de palas 13.99eur+1.99eur de envio. Me llegan y resulta que son muy grandes, porque en descripcion del producto no ponen los cm de la muñeca. Hago la devolucion. Para devolver tengo que comprar la etiqueta de devolucion por 4.99eur.
Cuando me reembolsan el dinero - me devuelve SOLO 13.99eur!!!!!
Luego responden que los gastos de envio se devuelven solo si articulo es defectuoso! Excusas! Estafadores!!!!Multiple items
Package shipped in early June and last tracking is on 11st of July.
I contacted the support on the 6th of August, we are the 13th of October and the investigation (if any) is still ongoing ...
WORST customer service I've experiend in my life. They don't refund or send a new package, no real apology except saying over and over that they are investigating.
I have ordered multiple times before on this website, and now I'm done with them for good
