JL-SBAR22 loaded speakers
I recently bought the JL-SBAR22 loaded speakers from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The speakers and soundbar came separately, so I had to do a little installing and wire splicing, but in the end, it was totally worth it. I was happy to see that it worked right with my factory wiring and amp, smoothly fitting into my 2018 vehicle. The sound quality is exactly what I wanted, giving me that upgraded audio experience I've been wanting. The only small hiccup I ran into was that there were no screws included for the tweeter installation on the soundbar, but I easily fixed that by using some wood screws I already had. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Its good in services
I bought the LED bulbs from here and it has been one month. I am very impressed with the quality and the brightness is really good. Also, the price of the LEDs is affordable. there are discounts which i got while buying it so it was good and reasonable at same time
Along with that i bought the Lightbars last week and it was good as well. Overall saying , DS18 is good in quality and offer products that are great in brands too. They have collections of good and trending products wiith safety .

I haven't used the products yet since they're supposed to arrive today, but I have to say I'm really impressed with the customer service from the representative. Anthony was amazing and really went out of his way to help me, even though I don't know much about this stuff. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about setting up audio systems in three different boats, and he even said he'd be there to help if I had any more questions during the installation. His knowledge and commitment to making sure I'm happy as a customer are really great.
2019 RZR 900S stereo system
The way they answered my questions could have been better, but all in all, I was happy with my purchase from DS18. It came right on time, and the updates I got while checking out made everything pretty easy to understand. They packed up the stereo system really well, which made me feel like it was gonna be ok during shipping. And man, after I put it in my 2019 RZR 900S, I was completely blown away by how awesome the sound quality was. I don't really beat up my ride too much, so I'm curious to see how the system holds up in different weather and off-road situations.
Speakers and amplifiers
I just bought some speakers and amps from this company, and I gotta say, I am super happy with how they sound and work. The speakers are 6.5 inches, 500 watts, 4 ohms, and they sound just like they said they would - great quality and powerful. The FRX2K and FRX2.5K amps also meet RMS standards and pump out awesome sound.
Wrong color speaker
I ordered a speaker from DS18, but they ended up sending me the wrong color. Instead of just sending me the correct one, I had to go through the hassle of shipping it back and waiting ages for them to fix their mistake. It was so frustrating!
8” tower speakers
I was in the market for some new 8-inch tower speakers for my setup and came across this place with great reviews. Amplifier purchase for my motorcycle
I gotta tell you, my experience with those amplifiers from that company? Not great. I put the amp on my motorcycle, and in no time, it crapped out and blew the main fuses. Then I had to fork over dough for shipping to send it back. But since then? Nada. Not a peep from them. I've sent emails and made calls, but still nothing. It's really ticking me off, the total lack of customer service. I'm pretty disappointed and feeling let down, to be honest.

Amplifier purchase
I had a great experience with the service I got when I bought my new amplifier. It was sent out quickly and packaged really well, so everything arrived in perfect shape. The only issue I had was that there wasn't much info on how to connect everything. It would be nice to have an online guide to help with the installation process.
Wake tower speakers
I recently bought wake tower speakers and I was really disappointed with the lack of mounting options for tubes. I spent a lot of money only to discover that the mounts didn't fit my wake tower tubes at all. Brands like JL Audio, Wet Sounds, and Kicker offer options for different size mounting tubes, but not this company. To make things even worse, three months after I bought them, they released mounts for the speakers but at an extra $180 cost, and they didn't even offer them in white, even though they have white, red, and black speakers. The lack of communication and options from this company is just terrible. It's obvious that they care more about making money than providing good products and customer support. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them or buying from them again.
Nearly $2,000 purchase - speakers, 2 amplifiers, 1 amp kit
I just made a big purchase at this store, dropping nearly 2 grand on speakers, two amps, and an amp kit. But I was bummed to see that they only sent me one amp kit. It's been almost two weeks now and I'm still waiting for the second one to show up, they shipped it through USPS. It's frustrating to think that maybe the delay is because they went for a cheaper shipping option, especially since my first package got here quick with FedEx.

Sub box purchase for 2020 Jeep JLU Rubicon
I bought a sub box for my 2020 Jeep JLU Rubicon, but ran into some problems with the bracket that holds it in place. The holes in the bracket didn't line up with the pillar nipple, so I had to make some modifications like cutting the bracket. Even after fixing it up, the seat still gave me trouble releasing once it was put back in. Despite the mounting issues, the box itself was well-made.
Subwoofers and tweeters
Hey, I bought these awesome subwoofers and tweeters, but they didn't come with any instructions on how to set them up or wire them. Plus, the speakers' design is a bit strange because they didn't fit in the holes that were provided. The subs ended up blowing out really quickly, even though I was only using the amp at around 30% of the gain. However, the enclosure seems pretty durable, and the amp was working fine before it all went wrong.
LED headlights for my mom's car
Hey guys, check it out. I picked up these LED headlights for my mom's car and she's absolutely loving them! They're way brighter, the color is great, and they fit like a glove. Seeing her happy makes me happy too!
