Beauty product purchase
I wouldn't bother dealing with this company. I ordered a beauty product for $114 and it never showed up. The company they took over from, Beautify Me, was impossible to reach. Luckily, Mina from Beauty Brands did try to help by contacting Beautify Me for me. But something about the situation just doesn't sit right with me. I don't think I can trust a company that seems fishy and took over from one with a bad reputation like that.

pendant lights
I was looking for pendant lights for my kitchen and came across some on sale on this website. I decided to place an order, but it was a total disaster. I didn't get any confirmation email, couldn't reach customer support, didn't receive any instructions with the light, and it was damaged when I finally got it. And to top it off, they don't even bother responding to emails when you're trying to fix an issue!

Online video editing tool
I recently bought an online video editing tool and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The features for editing are really impressive, especially since it's all in a browser. As someone who's used Adobe and FCP tools, I can confidently say that this one comes pretty close in terms of features. I bought a harness, leash, and collar set from this company recently and I gotta say, I was super let down by the customer service. I really appreciate companies that go the extra mile for their customers, so it was a bummer to deal with reps who seemed more interested in sticking to strict rules and repeating stuff from their website FAQs instead of hearing me out and offering real solutions. There are so many small businesses out there that rock at customer service, so I just can't support a company that falls short like Wild One does. Customer relations should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, Wild One isn't cutting it in that department.

I ordered some clothes online a while back, but they never showed up. I tried getting in touch with the store several times, but all they did was blame COVID for the delay. Finally, in January, they asked for my tracking info, and then they completely ignored me. I just want my clothes or a refund!

Cade Throwback Jersey
I ordered my jersey on October 20th and it said it would ship no later than November 21st which was understandable. December rolls around and no update on the jersey. I emailed several times which they don't respond to you at all. I called several time only to be put on hold. January rolls around and I finally get through to them in which they say it will ship the next week. Next week comes and I call back and another lady says it will ship on January 18th. That day rolls around and nothing. I call back 2 days later and ask where my jersey is and another lady says I don't know where you got that information but that's not true. I asked what are you going to give me for it being 3 months late and she said we will only refund your shipping cost if you still want the jersey. That same day I looked on fanatics at bought the same jersey for $20 cheaper with no UWM patch and free next day delivery. My jersey was here the next day. I got refunded my $150 from the pistons. Stay away from the pistons shop. They have no idea what they are doing and terrible customer service.

Sugar Free Chocolate
I ordered 2 of the 1lb Sugar Free chocolates on Black Friday 2022. December 19th and I had not received any update so I reached out to the company for an update and they couldn't give me any information on when the product would ship. I asked them to cancel the order on that day. 3 days later they sent me tracking information. I reached out to the payment processor and opened a dispute, meanwhile the package arrived and it was an empty box. Jackie's Chocolates continued to try and fight the dispute. I ended up getting my money back but I highly discourage anyone from going through the same thing that I did.
