Cade Throwback Jersey
I ordered my jersey on October 20th and it said it would ship no later than November 21st which was understandable. December rolls around and no update on the jersey. I emailed several times which they don't respond to you at all. I called several time only to be put on hold. January rolls around and I finally get through to them in which they say it will ship the next week. Next week comes and I call back and another lady says it will ship on January 18th. That day rolls around and nothing. I call back 2 days later and ask where my jersey is and another lady says I don't know where you got that information but that's not true. I asked what are you going to give me for it being 3 months late and she said we will only refund your shipping cost if you still want the jersey. That same day I looked on fanatics at bought the same jersey for $20 cheaper with no UWM patch and free next day delivery. My jersey was here the next day. I got refunded my $150 from the pistons. Stay away from the pistons shop. They have no idea what they are doing and terrible customer service.
Coat
I have been trying to get through on the customer service line for a week. I am on hold and when I get to number one in cue, it says no one can help me at this time and to call back, then I have to start all over. I can’t imagine it would take 40 minutes when I am second in cue. It takes forever for someone to respond to an email also and when they do respond it’s a generic respond with no information. This is the worst site to order from and so frustrating.
I ordered a Hoodie
I ordered a hoodie from them on October 25th I paid for next day shipping today is November 11th and I still don't have my package. After calling 3 times, I was refunded the cost of next day shipping, they said they couldn't refund the hoodie because it was already in processing. That was a week ago. Never again

I ordered from this site nearly two months ago and I still have not received my order. I haven’t gotten any updates and there is no way to track your package.
I orderd on December 8 2021 and have not received my order. Please don't shop there!!! This is some BS, I'mcalling the better business bureau and I advise you all to do the same!
