Sketchy start, got a refund

Doubts that linger
Halfway through checkout I hesitated — the membership fee and shipping cost made me unsure. I needed the shoes for daily walks so I ordered anyway. When I tried to get help you can’t call anyone, had to use the live chat, and the rep said they shipped directly from Nike so the shop couldn't do much. The boots are stiff at first, but break in fast, have good grip and are comfy after a few wears. If I'd known it was coming from Nike I would've bought direct. Kinda annoying but the product's decent.
