Right in the middle of tracking I noticed they charged me for DHL but shipped with USPS — weird. A friend had tipped me to ProDirect US, I was excited, package vanished, emails ignored.
Almost Walked Away
I almost didn't order 'cause their site looked sketchy and I saw bad comments. Took a chance — package came fine, so I'm relieved, but support ignored me by email.
Halfway through the move
Was lugging boxes and halfway through the move I knew these boots were the right call — my back felt better, grip was solid, so relieved, even with the refund hassle.
Paid FedEx, got regular mail
Paid for FedEx express, got tossed onto the local post. Needed that protein shaker for morning workouts, so I was annoyed. Support ghosted me at first, then replied but not helpful. Delivery slow; I use it daily.
Paid up front, waited forever
Got it in the end, but not impressed — paid £4.99 for delivery and then waited over a week. Communication was near radio silence, felt like tracking a lost cat. It works, but next time I'll call first.
Weird delivery fee, long wait
