    Mother-of-the bride dresses, return process

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought two mother-of-the-bride dresses that didn't fit right. When I tried to return them, I had a terrible time getting in touch with customer service. It's been over six months and I still haven't gotten my $2,300 refund. This lack of communication and slow response time is just not okay.

    I made a purchase from this place recently and oh boy, it was a mess! I bought a dress online and when it showed up, it was totally not the one I picked out. I double-checked my order confirmation and the product page just to make sure I wasn't losing it, and they really messed up. I tried contacting them through emails and calls, but no response at all. Feels like they scammed me and disappeared! This kind of sketchy service is just not okay. I'm about to get my lawyer to step in if that's what it comes to.

    I had a really frustrating experience with my recent purchase using my debit card. I bought a dress that didn't fit me well, so I wanted to return it.     Gowns in multiple sizes

    I bought some dresses at this store in different sizes after getting one from another store. The sizes weren't right so I tried to return the extra dresses within a week. But let me tell you, the customer service was terrible. They took two whole months to give me my money back and it really felt like a scam. I'm never shopping there again and I suggest you all be careful. Dealing with them was so stressful and confusing. It's crazy to run a business like that, making customers pay more and then making them deal with it all through the credit card company. It's just not right.

    Evening gown return experience

    I recently had a frustrating experience dealing with a return at this company. I sent back a dress in its original packaging just 12 hours after getting it, but was surprised to receive the exact same dress back in the mail 13 days later, and it wasn't even protected. The email I got from customer service about why my return was denied seemed like spam and wasn't very personal. Even though I carefully put the dress back in the packaging after trying it on briefly, they said there was stuff on it that wasn't there when I sent it back. When I looked at the photos they sent as proof, it wasn't even the same dress I had ordered, which made the whole situation even more confusing and annoying. Because of all this, I've decided to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Afterpay, the Attorneys General of Pennsylvania and New York, and the Federal Trade Commission.

    US Size Misunderstanding

    I messed up and ordered the wrong size because I didn't realize the sizes listed were in US sizes, not UK sizes. I reached out to customer service right after I bought it, but they weren't helpful at all. They basically said there's nothing they could do. So now I'm stuck with a dress that's going to be too big. Their customer service responses were so robotic and not helpful at all. It's frustrating that they ship to the UK but still have confusing US sizing on their site. I can already tell it's going to be a pain when I try to return it.

    The customer service here really needs some work. If only I had checked the reviews before buying something. People were spot on - stay away from here if possible, or shop at a bigger store like Nordstrom instead. It's surprising how little they care about their customers and being professional.

    Evening gowns

    I recently bought some evening gowns from this store. They were really pretty and looked just like they did on the website. But man, dealing with customer service and trying to get a refund was a huge pain. I tried on the gowns, decided to return a few, and sent them back right away, totaling $3290. They got the items back and even confirmed it three days later. But for some reason, it took them over a month to give me my money back. And to top it off, I couldn't get any help from customer service. There was no way to talk to anyone about why my refund was taking so long. I only got my money back after I threatened to take it up with the NY Attorney General and called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

    Mother of the bride dress

    I bought a mother of the bride dress from this store not too long ago, but man, the whole thing was a total letdown. The dress showed up late, throwing a wrench in our plans since my mom lives all the way over in Ireland and had to wait until she visited New York to try it on. But when we finally got around to it, the fit was all off and we wanted to swap it out for a different size. No can do, though - the store shot us down because it had been 16 whole days since the dress arrived. Their stubborn policy had us feeling pretty fed up and unimpressed with the way they treated us.

    Final sale dress

    I bought a dress on final sale and was super disappointed with the customer service. I ordered the right size, but when it arrived it was a size too big. Made me think their sizing chart was way off. When I tried to fix it, they wanted me to buy it again, pay double, and then they'd send me a return label for the first one. No apology from them for messing up, just blamed me for not checking beforehand. I measured the dress and it was definitely bigger than they said. Dealing with a company that won't own up to their mistake and makes it my problem was really frustrating.

    Dress for Daughter's Wedding

    I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding from the mother of the bride section. The gown was beautiful, but it just didn't fit me right. It was pretty pricey at £1100, but at least there was free shipping to the UK. I later found out I could have gotten a 30% discount from another link. Props to the company for giving me a refund for the discount before the dress even got to me. It's interesting that they're marketed as Sachin and Babi UK, but the return process was different.

    Dress return refusal

    I was really let down by the return policy at this store. I bought a dress and had it sent to a friend in the U.S. But when she tried to return it for me, they said they couldn't take it back because it had been over a week since the return was started. I think that's not right. Plus, they make you wait a whole month for the credit card refund, yet they won't accept returns after only two weeks. That just doesn't make sense and it's not good for business.
