Wrong size dress ordered
I messed up and ordered the wrong size dress. I right away emailed customer service to fix it, but even though the website showed prices in GBP and said they shipped to the UK, they couldn't help me. So now I'm stuck with a dress that won't fit, and their customer service replies have been no help and kinda rude. I'm dreading the whole process of trying to return it.

Lazy boy chair and a half purchase
I bought this chair and a half from that store not too long ago, and man was I let down by the quality! There were some weird wrinkles on the seat and the recliner, so I contacted customer service to get a replacement. But when the new seat and back they sent turned out to be even worse, they claimed those wrinkles were just supposed to make it more comfy! I am seriously shocked by how they handled this situation without even caring about making me happy. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again.

Furniture for living room
I had a really frustrating experience with the furniture I bought recently. I waited for months and finally got my order, only to find out that the delivery company sent the wrong items. XPO wanted me to sign for the wrong stuff, but when I said no, they were super rude and unprofessional. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten the right order. The way the company's customer service has been lacking is just really disappointing and not okay.

Red light mask
Oh my gosh, I've been using the red light mask every single day for about 3 weeks, and I'm noticing some changes! My pimples are looking calmer, my old acne marks are definitely getting lighter, my skin looks firmer, and those little wrinkles are starting to fade. I really believe that this stuff is actually making a difference!

Keyboard repair service
My experience at the store was terrible. All I needed was a simple fix for my keyboard, but instead, they convinced me to buy a security plan I didn't want. I had trouble with my payment, the staff wasn't helpful, and I wasted hours on the phone trying to fix it. When I tried to cancel the repair and the plan, they threatened to shut down my computer and were rude. The conversation got even worse with inappropriate questions and unprofessional behavior. Now I feel uneasy and unsure about my personal information's security. I plan to contact them tomorrow to talk about these problems.

My experience with Catawiki has been absolutely amazing. I've bought a bunch of cool vintage items on there, and every time, everything went really smoothly. The website is super easy to use, so it's a breeze to browse and bid on stuff. Plus, they always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my purchases. One time, I had a problem with something I bought, but Catawiki fixed it right away to make sure both me and the seller were happy. shoes
One of the pairs of shoes I ordered didn't fit so I reached out to them to initiate a return. They replied that I instead should just gift them to a friend. What?! After having to email with them a few more times I finally received an address to return the shoes to. In the same email they also asked that I provide them with the carrier and a tracking number, which I did. They then replied that they were too busy to track packages and that I needed to track it email them again when it had arrived and again request for a refund. They still have yet to reply to that email and it took them almost two weeks to refund my credit card. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I’m months in and still waiting. I’m going to take this further if nothing turns up.....I ordered before a week, the tracking follow up looked nice but now it says out put failure! What does it mean and I received nothing. Scared!

MacRepair - great value
Stumbled across this gem while I was browsing for mac optimizers.
I had a negative experience with another developer's product back in the day, so I wanted to find a better solution.
I was lucky to find Outbyte MacRepair, as this is so much more than just an optimizer. It helped me clean OS update files that were taking up too much space - I had no way to get to them. The app also sorted all my files by size, so I could quickly get rid of old heavy movies I downloaded a few months back. The duplicate finder is a whole nother story, it was so much fun selecting the best images and deleting the redundant shots that I took on my iPhone once. A trip down the memory lane. Highly recommend this app!!
well from the sounds of it looks like i wasted my money good thing i didn't go crazy ordering a bunch of shirts. Cheap Soulmia to do that
